Used her first scroll (an anti-undead scroll -it was at the end of an early Companions mission).
Had some enemies kill their colleagues with friendly fire (was fighting a necromancer zapping me with magic while an ally of theirs attacked from behind. I killed the necromancer turned round and the other enemy was already dead ...not as funny as when one of the foresworn tried to run to get me through a corridor of swinging blades...)
Met a "frightened woman" who had escaped some bandits but I couldn't find the place in the nearby locations, then forgot where she said there were and nothing appeared in the quests section.

Havent found the bee, but I found a butterfly in a jar and had the same issue. When I did eventually place it right I found it on the floor next time I came in.

I'm trying to make a new character, but I can't decide on what Race.
I'm trying to do a different character, I've already used 3 races (Xana Wood Elf, Minx Dark Elf, and Jane Nord) Grrr...
Why does it gotta be confusing? -.-
Whats a good race?
And also, don't say Argonian, I love em too death, but I can't handle them. There to awesome for me.
I was in the same position as you, trying to find that perfect race to keep. I have been thoroughly surprised by my love for the Orc (My Orc, Magoza). They fit the lore perfectly (not to mention their culture is so amazing), and they look bad ass. Especially the females. I never played them because I was off put by their looks, but they are amazing in Skyrim if you make 'em right. Plus, their race power is crazy great.
I also love the Altmer. They are prehaps my favorite race. Redguards are beast, too.
I, too, would suggest playing an Orc. If you can overcome their giant ugly fangs (just wear a helmet if it bothers you, and you won't even know they're there), they are, perhaps, the best warriors out of the box.
Their Berserker rage is awesome. Do Double Damage and take half damage for 60 seconds? Are you kidding me? It's basically the "press Z to win" button during boss battles.

Presumably prisoners or servants, I would guess.
I didn't know she did all of that - but then again, I'm a Dark Brotherhood assassin who is a werewolf that has killed hundreds of people without mercy, some of whom were innocent. So I'm not sure I'm really any better. LOL.
EDIT: On the other hand, if she's doing that, she's probably a psychopath. Only someone without a conscience would find something like that so intriguing and "experiment" on living human beings as if they were lab rats.
At least my character has a conscience and feels pretty bad about some of the things he's done - and also knows when things have gone too far, and deals with the situation accordingly.

OH HI I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU I HAVE A MESSAGE TO DELIVER TO YOU PLUS THIS GOLD...Well bye Then!" *Walks off still naked*
Ironically the message was informing me a family member died ....who I have no idea who they are, and that was my portion after the inheritance tax of 10 gold, which left me with 100.

Do you even know the purpose of the Dragonborn?
That's great and all, but was this plan ever mentioned before TESV?
Actually, it was. Way before TES 4.

In my first run a mage was likely to have killed someone and the jarl's assistant tells me that he will take care of it and walks away. I figured that it is the end of it (because the game tells me that the quest has been completed) and I ran off to do something else. As I went I thought it was a shame, because that mage was also a destruction skill trainer.
In my second run, instead of walking a way, I decided to follow the assistant and see where he goes. He called a guard to lock the mage up. I followed the guard and she escorted the mage to the dungeons and indeed locked him up. I tried to speak to the imprisoned mage. There was only one topic left: Destruction skill training.
Very cool.

Are you asking me if the game ever actually defines the purpose of the Dragonborn? Or are you asking me if I realize what the defined purpose is? in which case, please correct me.
Fair enough. There is so much lore, I could have easily missed it. Any chance you could link me to a pre-TESV reference so that I could read about it? I'm having some trouble finding it myself. That's great and all, but was this plan ever mentioned before TESV?

I walked into a town for the first time ... I want to say Dragonsbridge ... and there was an ancient old lady named Olda sweeping her front porch with no clothes on . I've visted Dragonsbridge since then several times and ... nope.... she never puts any clothes on.

The latter. The game defines the purpose of the Dragonborn very clearly. He's the ultimate Dragonslayer and a god-killer.
The lore itself is a lot more ambiguous. In game history almost suggest he tends to be mankind's champion, an entity that appears at times of great strife. But, if that's the case, why is Mankar Camoran able to wear the Amulet of Kings.
Fair enough. There is so much lore, I could have easily missed it. Any chance you could link me to a pre-TESV reference so that I could read about it? I'm having some trouble finding it myself.
The first line should be typical high elven belief. The rest outlines the plans to accomplish this goal.To kill Man is to reach Heaven, from where we came before
the Doom Drum's iniquity. When we accomplish this, we can escape the
mockery and long shame of the Material Prison. To achieve this goal, we must:1) Erase the Upstart Talos from the mythic. His presence fortifies
the Wheel of the Convention, and binds our souls to this plane.2) Remove Man not just from the world, but from the Pattern of
Possibility, so that the very idea of them can be forgotten and thereby
never again repeated.3) With Talos and the Sons of Talos removed, the Dragon will become
ours to unbind. The world of mortals will be over. The Dragon will
uncoil his hold on the stagnancy of linear time and move as Free Serpent
again, moving through the Aether without measure or burden, spilling
time along the innumerable roads we once travelled. And with that we
will regain the mantle of the imperishable spirit.

The Book of the Dragonborn.
The Rise and Fall of the Blades.
Source: Dragonborn. In the Elder Scrolls universe, the term Dragonborn has been used to refer to the heirs of Emperor Tiber Septim, founder of the Septim Dynasty of Tamriel. Most of these 'heirs to the joined blood' have been of the Imperial race and derive their legitimacy from the covenant between Saint Alessia and Akatosh. Dragonborn can be of any race, as the abilities and title are given by the Nine Divines to favored subjects.
The Nerevarine, the main character from Morrowind, was also referred to as "Dragon-born" in the Lost Prophecy. The issues have since been cleared up, with Game Developer Todd Howard revealing that the "Dragonborn" of Skyrim is different than those in previous games (Pre-Oblivion).

So are the Thalmor either a dragon or a god that they would be natural enemies of the Dragonborn?

I know that TESV says the Thalmor have had this goal forever, but was this goal ever mentioned anywhere before TESV? Was it in any of the other Elder Scrolls games?

Fair enough. The Blades adopting the Dragonborn as their own symbol could certainly make the Dragonborn an enemy of the Thalmor. Still, both of those books, as far as I can tell, first appeared in TESV, so they *could* have been written by the devs a different way to allow the Thalmor and Dragonborn to not be inherent enemies.
