So many ‎>>--(Knee)---> jokes. Jeez, its overkill.

Anywho, might as well mention Kkat here if after Fallout:Equestria she decides to write a massive Elder Scrolls Equestria fanfic.

What, even Jarl Ravencrone gets deposed? Wasn't she neutral anyway?

All Stormcloak supporting jarls are total asses.

Yeah, unfortunately that's really true.  lol  I was also sad about Ingrod.  I think she wanted to be neutral but her steward has you take a letter to the commander in Solitude saying "it's time, things need to change."  So I think he's the one calling in imperial troops.  But if she's in the basement, it means she was deposed, and that means she wasn't willing to acknowledge Ulfric's claim- judging by how he handles Elisif.

What the Stormcloak supporters fail to understand is that the banning of Talos worship is just on paper (until Ulfric invited the Thalmor into Skyrim by openly defying the White-Gold concordat).

Oh come now.  I think we're all capable of observing and processing the game info.  The Thalmor also kidnapped a Grey-Mane and are torturing him with the empire's approval, so it's not all roses up there in Whiterun.

I prefer an arrow to the eye myself...

So I joined the Companions of a new playthrough. First quest after being accepted as a member?

"Rescue Ysolda"

Feeling pretty good about myself right now. You guys really picked the wrong person to abduct, y'know. Try Nazeem.

Oh, I didn't realize Ravencrone would be deposed, either. Who replaces her?

Her.

Did they unbug Lydia's marriage, then? I used to take some console wizardry before it'd work before.

So, I just stumbled upon a save called Sightless Pit - it's full of Falmer, apparently. Has anyone here been to it? My new character is level 10, and I'm wondering if he can handle the place.

So I was doing a side quest that a guard mentioned and found a guy needing to protect his family crypt from a necromancer.

Being an RPG I was looting as I went.
Til he SHOUTED "Hey this is my families tomb! Stop stealing from them!.....oh fine take what you want as payment then..."

Then I realized that I was probably the biggest grave robber in Skyrim and had probably taken things that were meaningful and sold them as loot to people.
Then I imagined some poor person walking into their famalies crypt only to see it torn apart and robbed by me.

Needless to say I felt slightly bad for a short while.

Then I robbed some more people and recalled that I was a dirty rotten thief guild master and moved on.

Its harder to handle the architecture then the falmer as it were.

About five minutes ago, I shot Maven Black-Briar with a Poison of Paralysis. It will last 24033380 seconds, or approximately 278 days. I don't like Maven. Unfortunatley, it wore off the moment I left the area.

This chick takes over in Morthal.

Image IPB

She's from an old mining family in the area apparently.  From here:

The following residents of Hjaalmarch arrive to take control of Morthal, once this Hold has fallen during the Civil War.
Jarl Sorli the Builder
Pactur (Steward)
Teeba-Ei (Housecarl)
Jarl Sorli the Builder
Sorli the Builder is the great-granddaughter of the founder of
Stonehills. She lives in the first building constructed in the town by
her ancestors. Leadership has been passed down through her family, but
whatever that used to mean, it has little bearing on the present day.
Reduced to a single building and a marginally profitable mine owned
by Bryling of Solitude, Sorli attempts to cling to whatever authority
she currently has, while dreaming of something greater for herself.

I haven't found Stonehill yet so I don't know if she has any dialogue there.  She doesn't have any as jarl.

Dear Blades,

I'm sorry, where were you when I was fighting your supposed archnemesis? And where was Paarthurnax? And where were you again?

**** you, Blades.

The blades don't have the luxury of riding a dragon to an impossibly-high spot :P What are they gonna do, carpool with the one you had? Paar was...meditating...over a word, or something. He helped in the first fight. Sort of.

Ok, there's something really weird in this run. Not many dragons at all but that's manageable. Now, things keep falling from the sky! I know how some NPC say  "keep your eyes to the sky" but this is ridiculous.

100 hours after I killed Mirmulnir, he dropped from the sky right at Whiterun Stables. On the road I've seen many other things falling from the sky. A deer, an alchemist, a bandit, a bear, in different locations and time.

Is there a way to erase the dragon from the stable?

have you ever tried shooting a fire bolt at a dragons corpse? it sends it flying away Image IPB dunno if that works for other range spells, i've only usedthat one so far

Awesome! It worked! Firebolt FTW! And the skellie dragon was thrown away real hard and disappeared upon collapsing with the montain!  :wizard:

I somehow get the feeling that Caius Cosades and Jauffre are face palming at what the blades have become in the 4th age.

Where before they were the agency that supported the heroes that stopped the Sixth House and MEHRUNES DAGON they became....Delphine and Esbern.....

Yeah in Skyrim they make you jump through hoops just so you can....learn one single shout that you dont really even need.

In Morrowind and Oblivion they did help save Tamriel.
Ah well the Grey Beards and Paarthurnax got my back at least.

The emperor did disband them and hand them over to the Thalmor.

But I still tell Delphine where to step off.

Paarthurnax for LI in TES 6!

...do the Blades really tell you to kill Paarthurnax? Even after all he and the Greybeards have done for the Dragonborn?

...

...well f*** those guys, then. Let them crawl back into the underside of history and fade back into obscurity - they don't deserve to even be a footnote if they're going to be like that. >:o

Its funny because two DRAGONS do more to help you in game then the blades do.

Also the scene where you use the fully powered Fire Breath on Paarthurnax was one of my faves.
Now thanks to Skyrim I will say DOVAH instead of Dragon.

Someone mentioned they were wishing for smithy equipment at the player houses.  There are a bunch of mods out that add stuff like that.  I haven't tried any of them.

Player house mods

I would be wary of adding anything to Hjerim, since Blood on the Ice is so buggy as it is.

Anyone know why well.. bodies are haunting me?

Random people from cities are DROPPING from the sky.
They'll be either saying a dialouge or "GUARDS!" and then they smack the ground and go bouncing back into the sky.
It scary sometimes cause Ill be walking around and someone will yell "GUARDS!" and the body shoots back into space.

And then I get a bounty for assault .\\\\:
I'm having to hide in a Forsworn camp.

In my first playthrough, one of the dragons that Alduin resurrects (can't remember the name right now) stalked me all over Skyrim after I killed it. It randomly fell from the sky directly into my path over and over for the rest of my playthrough, and even showed up in a dungeon once, with one wing blocking my path. I've also had several horses (not mine), bears, and frost trolls suddenly fall from the sky or go sailing over my head from nowhere.

It's a weird bug, but never did me any harm. That stinks you're getting assault charges for it though.

It's just bad writing. If anything, the Dragonborn should command the Blades to kill dragons, not the other way around.
