I dislike how Elven armour makes my character look fat. I'm forced to wear it, though, since leather armour can't be made legendary without exploits and it's the only other light armour that doesn't look ridiculous (well, nightingale/thieves guild armour is alright, but the enchantments are terrible).

I don't use any armor, but what about Forsworn armor or Glass armor?

I think I'm gonna marry Muiri on my new character. I've heard there's a dialogue bug associated with her, though... then again, there's a bug involved for every character in the game it seems.

For that is the TES way (but I forgive you, Bethesda).

You married Balimund? I love him! I wasn't aware you could marry him. I'll try not to copy you, now that I know that, but it will be difficult!
I still think it's b.s. that I can't have anyone in the TG. Etienne. Image IPB

I know.  But I came to terms with that disappointment.  lol  It's hard for me to choose which one I like best down there- maybe Rune.

Balimund is a sweetheart, though.  If you tell him you want to live at his house, he'll stay on as smith.  I waxed lyrical about him on my tumblr, here and here.

Nice. Image IPB

I really like Rune, too, and wish there was a way to help him.

I'm thinking that I'll proceed with my plan to marry Onmund in this playthrough. We shall see.

LOL  "Does this armor make me look fat?"

Steel armor has booty, too, but I like it personally.

You can smith Nightingale Armor with the More Craftables mod.  At least, you could.  I got rid of it and then reloaded it and now Veleda can't smith Nightingale anymore, I'm not sure why.

One makes your character look like Red Sonja, the other like a clown. No thanks.

Did anyone get warned by a guard about not using a thu'um in public?

Guard: "That sort of thing worries people. Don't do it again."
Dovahkiin: "Too bad. There's more where that came from."
Guard: "I guess there's no law against it, but I'm watching you."
Dovahkiin: "Whatever."

I lol'ed.

Constantly. I'm always whirwinding around towns. Closing the dialogue without picking an answer (Tab) causes guards to say "Good. I'm glad we've straighten that out" like when we say "won't happen again". =)

Do not worry, your character just looks badass, not fat. :)

Slight companion quest line spoiler;

Both Farkas AND Vilkas have a mission called Purity where they get cured of their curse.
That was pretty fun actually.

Also requisite hero shot:

I suppose I'm one of the few who actually like Glass Armor. I used it until I switched to Daedric. It's the only set that comes close to a Knight in Shining Armor look. Eleven Armor looks riduculous on a male character and I tried Dragon Scale, but it's hideous. So bland.

Anyone playing an orc? I was thinking about rolling a female orc warrior and having that be my Companions/ side with the legion playthrough. They look so great in Skyrim. But, reading their lore, I find it kind of disgusting. This is my problem, I think- I don't want to play a beast, the elves look like aliens, and Bretons are weenies. Maybe I have to roll a Redguard instead.

Seriously? Fat?! No wonder young girls have self image issues if people think that character looks fat.

Well its hard to get much more nasty then playing as a member of a race whose God is a literal pile of ****.

How about the Nightingale Armor or Savior's Hide?

Ugh, most of the light armor in this game looks absolutely HORRIBLE - the perks are all mostly useless as well.

Go heavy or go home, I say.

I've changed my mind. I DO love Jenassa. I ditched Faendal for her, and she's been a great help to my measly level 13 new character.

She did drop to her knees for no apparent reason (her health was at max), so I had to klunk her in the head with my bow, but other than that, it's pretty funny watching her dual wield. Total arse-kicker.

Plus, she looks really cute next to my Bosmer. They're wearing the same armor, and everything. Awww. Image IPB

Pics!

I kind of miss Jenassa since I ditched her for Erik the Slayer.  She did come to my wedding, though.  Image IPB (to Balimund)

Had so much fun on the Cachelmo mission for the Thieves' Guild.  First of all- pet spider!!!!  I wanted to take it hoooome.  Then I got further into the ruins and realized I was going to have to jump somewhere Jenassa wouldn't be able to follow me, so I told her to wait at the entrance.  On part of the mission you can turn on the Dwemer defenses to fight the Falmer, so I come out and see a Sphere and a Falmer fighting each other right in front of Jenassa.  She and I watched the fight and then she reached out and dispatched the winner with one sword swipe (the Falmer).  Score one for the team.

OK, here you go. The quality is crap, as I took an image with my camera of my TV. Image IPB

My character's name is Estina, and you probably can't tell from this, but her war paint is white.

Image IPB

And I don't have Photoshop at home. Waa.

I kind of like Linwe's Armor the best. It looks like the regular TG armor, but is grey, and is sleeveless. Nightingale is nice as well. Actually, any of the TG stuff is better-looking than the standard smithing gear. The Dark Brotherhood stuff is Image IPB. I actually am kind of getting used to the Dragon Scale.

If you're going heavy, the Daedric is my favorite.

If you're playing an Empire character, the Penitus Ocalatus armor looks pretty slick.

Image IPB

But I'd imagine stat wise, it would be on the lower end of the spectrum.

In my game, my face is invisible whenever I wear Morokei with my Arch-mage robes. I don't know if its a bug or a fun little Easter egg, but its pretty cool.

I know how you feel.

I've also noticed that wearing this combination results in invisible knees. There's a gap between the boots and the bottom of the robes if you look in third person and jump around like an idiot. Which I often do.

I hate how it is non-symmetrical really.

Looks off to me, which is why I wear this:

I'm back from playing Skyrim. I haven't been on since I got skyrim, I'm level 34 with full legendary Dragon scale armour. My smithings at 100, and my one-handed is at 70. So far I'm not too far through the plot. I've just found Esbern(I think thats his name) and yeah I've been spending most of my time free roaming.

I came on here to show you guys something. My friend just discovered that the Skyrim theme song works well with a Dragon Ball Z clip he found. Check it out!

My favorites so far are Ebony and Daedric armours, I don't have so much of an issue with the a symmetrical style of Daedric armour, I rather like it... 2 Daedric swords as well simply deals silly damage and the armour shrugs of most things, I might have to up the difficulty to master, see how it progresses.
