Weird. I can get magicka regeneration for my armor easy...I disenchanted conjuration robes that improves my magicka regeneration and conjuration cost. Applied it to my Dragon Armor.
That's odd.

You know having played for over 100 hours on my main pc...Skyrim is kind of getting stale.
Even trying to replay a new PC is kind of bland.
You can do a lot of things in a different order but at times Skyrim is pretty damn linear it seems.
I kind of like how in FONV where there were unique quest lines depending on who you joined.
Its still an amazing game but really after playing it once there is very few things that are new to see for me. Ah well maybe I should be glad since school starts on the morrow after all.

In my game, there are not enough dragons. I need and want to kill more, much more to max out all my shouts but I just can't find any. Twenty I killed, and that's it. To add insult to injury, the two at the end of Skuldafn temple even bugged out and didn't attack me.
Thats not what is happening though, I don't have that many dragon fights and have never had to fight 2 at once. It seems Bethesda can't win, make dragon fights too easy (as they arguably are in the base game once the player reaches a certain point) and there are complaints make them too hard and there are complaints. I'm not sure what this mod would be like at lower levels but it makes the experience at higher levels more like the first few dragon fights (apart from the scripted fights).Yrkoon wrote...
Agreed. With a caveat. It'd be a great mod to have if there were only like 3 or 4 dragons in the game. But we all know that's not how Skyrim is set upAddai67 wrote...
That sounds.... terribly tedious. I'll be skipping that one.Morroian wrote...
If you're on PC you need the more powerful dragons mod. I'm on level 55 and yesterday had an epic battle with an ancient dragon that lasted for at least an hour and ranged between halted stream camp and Fort Greymoor encompassing all those giant/mammoth camps in between.
And that brings us to the obvious question: Who the hell wants to have an epic, hour-long, map-spanning dragon fight every hour... and sometimes 2 at a time!...?

Well now will have to admit that this here sounds like a great mod if you ask me. Was hoping that someone would put out a mod making the dragons harder to kill. How about a link for the rest of us folks. pretty please.<G>
They haven't attacked me, but according to some walkthroughs they are supposed to when you fight the dragon priest Nahkriin. I did try to attack them, managed to get the health to near zero, but it just landed and started speaking dragon language at which point I couldn't damage it further.phaonica wrote...
Are the dragons at the end of Skuldafn supposed to attack, too? I've only played through the game once, but they didn't attack me, then.

As far as I know they don't contribute to any skill during combat.chunkyman wrote...

I have a potentially silly question : do skills actually improve if you don't put perks in them ?

I thought that the only way for which perks could improve was if you put perks in them? After all all my magic schools and light armor and two handed are about what they were when I started this game.

That is one nasty piece of armor. When you wear it near any NPC - such as people in towns or guards, it may trigger the effect. Of course, this counts as an assault, and you'll get a nice bounty.Redneck1st wrote...
Now I just did the Boethiah's Caling quest and got an interesting set of Ebony Armor. It has 2 enchantments one it allows me to move silently and the other is that it deals 5pts of poison damage per second to opponents that get to close. I thought that this was interesting. So I went and upgraded the Ebony armor and it's as powerful as that of my Daedric and thought that I would give it a try. Has anyone else tried out this armor?

Your baseline skill improves as the skill level goes up, the perks confer additional advantages allowintg the player to specialise to a greater extent.

It happens kinda randomly. I was wearing it on my character for the longest time and only once it actually became a problem. It's not supposed to happen usually since the effect only triggers when you're in combat. At least, that's how it should work.
