I inducted Mjoll into the blades...and he follows her there.
Then to help her fight a dragon, which he amazingly survived.
Its good for a laugh that is for sure.

But like I said I know that there is someone working on a DLC for Dragon weapons and he/she did have a sword done which looked pretty cool. He like most of the modders are waiting for the Modding tools kit to be released. And once that happens I've got a feeling you'll be seeing allot of dragon weapons.<G>
There's already a mod for dragon weapons, its on the nexus called dragonbone weapons.

Well then I stand corrected on what I had told Angus as I wasn't aware of there being one. Thanks for the info.

Eh? I've always gotten Iona as a Housecarl in Riften. You have to go back and talk to the Jarl and tell her that you've bought the house. She will then officially bestow you "thane" status and Iona will be waiting inside your home when you return to it.happy_daiz wrote...
I'd be happier if the Thane of Riften thing wasn't bugged, and I'd get Iona as a housecarl, but that should be fixed with the next patch, anyway.

Re werewolves- I'm not getting sleep bonuses even after being cured. Is that a general bug, or just a side effect left over or what? Guards also still refer to hair growing out of her ears.
Not certain about my situation, I have't slept for ages (because I'm delaying meeting the Dark Brotherhood) but I think I read somebody having nthis problem on the Bethsheda board.
My experiences with the werewolf cure...
First killed all the witches but only took one head so after the first cure had to go back for 3 more heads.
Farkas wouldn't talk to me about work, Vilkas did but the attempt to cure him failed instantly.
Reloaded an earlier save, refused a job from Vilkas found I could talk to Farkas..one job later I cured him and then one more time to cure myself..then went back and cured Vilkas (missions for both brothers showing as completed) and I had lost the disease immunity and the ability to transform
..then I checked my inventory and found I still had 2 witch's heads
..noticed that the counter of days as a werewolf has still been rising weeks after the cure
and guards are talking about a wolfish grin and fur in the ears

Curious as to whether or not anyone know of a quest where the want a "Grand Staff of Charming"? In all my hours of playing Skyrim I've yet to come across a quest for which required a staff like this and anyone who would be willing to point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it cause I'd love to get it out of my inventory. Thanks
Here you are; one quest to go:

As for Dragon Armor mods, I believe I have seen at least two at the Nexus, but was awaiting an official fix to give them the worth of being the highest perk.

Aerin was the master trainer of light armour in Morrowind, and actually mentioned in a skill book as well.Giggles_Manically wrote...
You know Aerin really has an insane crush.

It pisses me off when Bethesda gets lazy and recycles names.
Anyway, you should really kill that nitwit.

Also I try and not make it a habit to run about murdering people for no reason.
He cant tell her he likes her and runs into dragon battles with her? That is his problem.

This is in fact a known bug with the quest line. Even after you cure both brothers as well as for yourself it's still counts down as you still are a werewolf hopefully this will be fixed soon. Check out the link below for more.

I treat them the same way I treat the Enclave or Caesar's Legion.
Target practice in other words.

Just thought that I would ask.<G> As I do like to do the DB quests as it's the only wat to get one or two of the words for shouts and the Branzeath stone you need for a quest of the TG

I'm hoping Bethesda will release a DLC for Dragon weapons somewhere down the line. Picking up the Dragon Smithing perk seems so pointless if you can't forge a matching set of weaponry to go along with the armor (or at the very least find Dragon weapons in some tomb or dungeon somewhere).
Check out Elhanan's posting this same page as he's posted links to the Nexus stie where you can get them

Oh man, I could never destroy the Dark Brotherhood! Theirs is one of the best joinable factions and questlines in the entire game IMHO. I hope you've completed it at least one.
Anyway, I don't know if this has been discussed here before, but I'm curious to know what some of peoples' favorite tunes from the game are. This game probably has one of the greatest videogame soundtracks out there IMHO, and there's quite a few pieces I find particularly stirring.
I myself rather like this night theme. It sends chills up my spine every time I hear it.
Standing Stones
This one is also very powerful.
Dragonsreach
Jeremy Soule is the man.

Due to a glitch, she can't be married unless you have access to the console command (which sadly is only available on the PC version). Sorry, my friend.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but this creation kit for the PC will come out this tuesday (2/7/12) and will come with a little "surprise".

I think its been discovered that the little "surprise" is actually a proper high resolution texture pack for the PC, based on digging around Steam.

72850 is Skyrim's Steam app number.

Also it is amazing that in the mage story...I NEVER HAVE TO USE MAGIC.
No really.
I can just walk past the front gate saying I am a dragonborn.
I can brag to Urag that I am the dragonborn to get his help.
I can use Spellbreaker to get past the first quest.
I can use a shout to break that wall in Sarthaal.
Now it will just feel silly doing this quest without using magic.
But hey the Thu'um is magic I guess.

I married Mjoll in this playthru, and endured Anerin's tresspassing, daily, in my Riften Home. When I "moved" to my New home in Whiterun, and saw him again, I said Enough. He died in the living room, right next to the firepit....from a well placed Ebony Arrow right through his throat..
Skyrim has one less Stalker.

You have to use magic to tune the Aerdrome mirrors. Although only a low level spell. Did you need high level magic to do the mage guild quests in Oblivion? I can't remember.
