NOTHING you did really seemed to have mattered since the island got squashed.

I still want to have an ordinator armor in Skyrim!

I hate mages in Skyrim.
Especially Vampires.
Backpeddling, frost using, health draining bastards
It's easier to deal with them as a Volkihar mage, especially with the Atronach perk and the Lord Stone (in my experience). As a warrior or an assassin, they can be a real problem at a distance. Unless my assassin is using the upgraded Ebony blade, I prefer to stealth kill them.

On that note I must add that I am kind of annoyed it takes a good 20 swings to take down any enemy now. I just never invested in enchanting so I never could uber smith Dragonsbane

Hey, have any of you guys been to Kagrenzel? I don't think I ever stumbled upon it. It doesn't sound like it's very big, but I thought this sounded interesting:Touching the orb causes a Dwemer cage to ensnare you as the orb rotates around the outside several times, shrieking until the floor gives way. As you plummet hundreds of feet below the surface of Skyrim, you can guide your fall. If done properly, you will survive by landing in a deep pool of water littered with the bones of a mammoth.
Never been there, but it sounds interesting. I will check it out. I recently freed a necromancer so she could reunite with her daughter, and I was surprised to find the Sanctuum in the first place. There always seem to be new places to discover in Skyrim...

I joined the stormcloaks and took Whiterun this morning, it was enjoyable. Although I forgot I had Meeko with me, he took out more guards than the rest of the stormcloaks combined, but I spent most of the fight running after him, casting healing hands to keep him alive.
It all went swimmingly too until...some SPOILERS follow.... the Jarl was giving his speech at the end and giving up the city to us, it was a long speech back and forth between him and a few others. All going well...then a stormcloak who had fought the whole bloody way through the battle with us walks up, interrupts the Jarl with an accusation that I'm a sneak thief, before spotting the several dead Whiterun guards, the very one's he helped kill, he vowed to investigate this and find out what happened...he is higher ranked than Meeko in the army...

Oh, and for those who haven't seen the Skyrim Game Jam Video, here you go.
So far we've got kinect commands and killcams with mounted combat coming next.
Makes you wonder what else is on the way.
We've gotten more than that, actually
We've gotten
1) Kinect support
2) Killcams for archery, unarmed, and magic
3) Mounted Combat
4) Screen Space Ambient Occlusion
5) Enhanced Water Visuals (although this one was described in the 1.5 patch notes as a 'fix' rather than an addition)
When we first saw this video last winter I was hopeful but thought for sure that in the end we'd probably only get one or 2 of the features. But it's only been about 4 or 5 months and we've gotten a huge chunk of this stuff. So now I suspect we're gonna eventually get it all.

They listed new crossbow animations (including from horseback), stuff about the snow prince, new animations for people speaking, new sound files added, and:
SPOILER
----
TRANSFORMATION INTO A VAMPIRE LORD!
Shame...I dont play a vampire really.
So no...how do crossbows, vampire lords, snow princes, and two new NPCs that get referenced again and again have in common.
Maybe the Snow Prince is a vampire who shoots dual crossbows from horseback.

I wonder how a werewolf will react to that possible aspect of the story. My Dunmer assassin is a werewolf, so I'm curious. My Tribunal mage is already a vampire, so I wonder what stories this might open up for a Volkihar protagonist. I wonder if the developers will implement more of the Volkihar traits we read about into the Skyrim vampires.
Maybe the Falmer will finally make a play for the surface.

Crossbows though- that interests me.

But it seems like its pointing at some huge development with the Falmer, and a group of vampires for some reason.
Perhaps the Falmer make up the main part, and the Vampires a side quest?
Like in Bloodmoon the BLOODMOON prophecy was the main quest, and the Raven Rock stuff was side missions.

They do. their base damage is less than Iron.LPPrince wrote...
Plus their arrows suck.
This is something in the game that I don't understand. One would think - in fact, logic would dictate - that If the devs are going to place in the game uncommon enemies that have their own brand of ammunition, that this ammunition would be, at the very least, comperable to the the lowest tier ammunition that your common, every day thug/bandit/hunter would use (iron arrows), If not a couple of tiers higher.
But no. These enemy's arrows, despite their rarety, do less than iron arrows, which your character practically begins the game with. lol That's right. Falmer Shadowmasters, ranked in the top 10 deadliest enemies in Skyrim, will pepper you with Falmer arrows, while the first, level 1 , Stormcloak/Imperial trash mob you meet in the game's tutorial will assault you with more powerful arrows.
Make sense to you? yeah... I don't get it either.

That would do less damage then metal.
Perhaps they use anything but what they consider Dwarven or Nord gear? Maybe its a cultural stance since they hate anything not themselves.
