Bears and sabre cats are the ones I am least likely to notice, oddly enough. I never see them before it's too late.

Was a real problem early in the game too. When you have crappy gear and no real investment in armor perks, fighting a high level bear is NOT fun. Well, you can sort of exploit their movement but that's cheating.

Some of them do come out of no where tho. Now the one enemy that is ninja like and scares me is them damn frost trolls.

Frost Trolls aren't so scary anymore when you have dual-cast Incinerate with two points in Augmented Flames (i.e. 50% damage increase). =D

One dual-cast of that and their faces hit the dirt.

Oh boy. My first encounter with a frost troll. First character, early in the game on my way to High Hrothgar. I couldn't even outdamage its regeneration because of my crappy gear. Didn't stand a chance.

Oh yeah, they'er not hard, I just hate when they sneak up on you. I'll just be chilling and the next thing I know I'm being mauled from behind. xD

That was my first frost troll too. xD
The one that falls from the clif and on top of you? lol.
That one was a little sh*t. :bandit:

Yeah that one. I thought it was tough on my first playthrough. But that's because I went there right away and hadn't really leveled up much at all.

This last playthrough, I just shot it a few times and that was it.

Well. I thought that one on the way to Hrothgar is tough when you are very low-level. And you will be if you go there early.

I agree. lol.
Being a low level while fighting giants and mammoths is also not a good idea. lol.
But I can't help it... >.> I like harassing them. xD

I quick-saved right before the fight started because I knew from previous experiences with generic trolls that this fight would be a ****. Little did I know what was waiting for my low-level character back then. I must have reloaded like twenty times and never got past 25% remaining of its health. Last time I reloaded, I just bolted past it and ran as fast as I could towards High Hrothgar.

Then I came back when I had advanced perhaps twenty levels. The curbstomping I gave that sonova was very, very satisfying.

Yeah, and the funny thing about giants is that they are actually not that aggressive. They will warn you if you get close instead of attacking you right away. Poor things just want to be left alone.

Oh and yes, I did come back later and took my time with that particular troll.

Now that I'm a demi-god, I can't suffer any giants or mammoths to live. I still carry a grudge against giants for launching me a few hundred metres into the air for daring to get too close to them. Mammoths are collateral damage because I think there's something inherently funny about mammoths. I love destroying funny things.

frost trolls aren't that bad because they're slow moving. Bears are the most annoying think in skyrim. They are so overpowered. I once killed a dragon and I was then killed by a bear soo after. It was pretty frustrating.

xD I agree with what you're saying. Lol.
I like the noise the mammoths make when you hurt them.

Killing mammoths is both funny and tragic at the same time. But they are so big and juicy I just can't let them go.

Frost trolls are not that hard, they just creep me out when they sneak up on me. Lol.
The only thing I hate about bears is that they are so f*cking loud. xD
And I play this with my surround sound system. It's pretty sad when a bear is louder than an elder dragon.

Well it's a good thing they can't. It's frustrating enough with the draugr that fus ro dah ragdoll you all over the place. And if you meet two at once, good luck ever getting up.

Lol. All my characters always use destruction magic and one handed. :D
But I my most recent character uses a bow. It's the first character out of all the elder scrolls game that I've used a bow. I'm actually pretty beast at it. :D
Don't know why I've never tried it. xD

The bow is my favorite weapon. sniping things in slow mo is so gratifying.

I almost never use magic because it takes a while for me to level up. the only two I use is alteration and conjuration.
