I just came back to NWN2 and I'm looking for a Persistant world to play in, anyone have any suggestions or are all the servers dead?

You can try Sea of Dragons. However, the server requires SoZ. I think that most (not all) PWs require SoZ now.

Yeah, don't hesitate to buy SoZ, it's worth it on many many levels. Plus, pretty much all community made mods and PWs will require it.
