Possibly.  Go to your game and check, you should see the email you need to enter at the bottom left corner of the title screen after you login (should login automatically when you start the game once it knows your account info)

Ok, this may have been brought up, but I didn't read the 15 pages.

If I don't have my gamertag or anything associated with my bioware account.but the staff is showing up in my profile.how will I be able to get my staff when I turn the game on?

If there is anything I need to do can you tell me? Links are much appreciated!

You can't.....not unless you tie this profile to that gamertag but if you already tied another profile to it already then I don't think you'll be able to change that anymore so your options are:

1: If no EA/BioWare profile is tied to your GT you can tie this one to it and you'll get the in'game staff.
2: Create a new GT, tie this profile to it and play DA II with it to enjoy the staff and other in-game promotions this profile is eligible for.
3: If your current GT is already tied to another EA/BioWare profile then you can try unlocking the staff for that profile.

If you boot up DAO or ME2 or DA2 with your gamertag for the first time ever you'll be asked to sign in using a EA/BioWare profile.....once you type in the email and password then that forever ties that gamertag to that EA profile and the promotions it has access to. Once that's done all you have to do is go to the DLC section from the game's main menu on your 360 and the items you're entitled to will be available for download. Once a GT is tied to an EA profile there's no undoing or replacing it as far as I know so careful with it.

Yes. At that point you put in the email and password that you use when you sign in to these forums. Once you're signed in then from the game's main menu you go to the DLC section and your entitlements(on these forums they're called "Your registered game promotions" in "Profile" under your forum picture on the left) will be there.

There's only one thing I haven't mentioned but it should be obvious.....you console 360/PS3 will have to connected to XBL/PSN at the time you boot up the game in order to be asked to sign in and to be able to access the DLC section.

For the 94.36% of us who (re-)signed-up for the DA2 Newsletter this fall --

There is NO CODE. There is NO EMAIL. There is NO DOWNLOAD. The game is NOT OUT YET.

If the staff appears on your entitlements page for your platform, THEN WHEN THE GAME IS RELEASED, you'll be able to get it.

UM i just saw this post as i havnt been on these forums in awhile.  I had originally signed up for your DAII newsletter long ago when you first started the site.  I never got a code and now im worried that i wont get a code because im just seeing this thread now.

Can someone please help me and let me know what i need to do.  Any mods that can help me get any of the content im missing.  If you see in my registered list you will see i been a big supporter of DA.

Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

EDIT:  it just showed up. Question though. I have a PS3 and thats what my games been registered under yet Hindsight says its only PC/Mac and Xbox.  theres no PS3 for Hindsight.  Is this going to be fixed or do PS3 players not get this item?

When I signed up for the staff, it was in the list immediately.

Go back to the beginning of this thread. Find the post by (Evil) Chris Priestly announcing the NEW instructions for getting the Staff. Go to the appropriate DA2 page (link provided). Sign-up for the Newsletter AGAIN. (No, you won't get multiple copies in your in-box.)  Give it about an hour, then go back to your "Player Entitlements" page.
