Beacuse it's NOT AVAILABLE.  The game isn't even released yet.

I got the same problem which most of you others got as well, I registered for the staff and the newsletter, but no e-mail or anything. I cant find the entitelment page, though I find the staff on the registered game promotions at all three consols, is that correct, or do I really need the code?

Mouse over Profile under your avatar, then mouse over and click "Your registered game promotions" you should now see it/them. There is no code, there is no email. When the game goes live March 8 to 11, then you shall see it available for download, register your game proceed as normal.

you don't add your psn id to your profile on here, it should be auto added to your persona list over on the ea site under your profile after you've logged in in-game with your email address/password(it doesn't have to be dragon age, can be any of the ea games that require you to sign in). well at least  don't remember having to link my psn to my account, it just seemed to have appeared in my persona list.
I don't have an xbox360 but from what I've read on here, you have to manually link your gamertag with your ea account.

duke we don't have a crystalball to answer your question, unless chris or one if the other bioware staff comes to answer you'll have to wait until the game comes out to get your answer.

I'm just trying to figure out how this redemtion code thing is going to work when the game comes out, since i don't have my PSN id synced to my bioware account, i don't know how this is all going to work.

I was curious as to why when I redeemed my code for the staff it shows up for registered for Xbox 360 and PC but not the PS3? It's the PS3 one that I'll be needing it registered for.

I'm going to go under the assumption that it's going to work like all of the other DLCs: as soon as the Staff is officially released, you click on the Download link that appears next to the platform of your choice and download it that way.

If you completed it the more recent way, instead of getting the code via email, you will have to login to the ea server via the account you have here to download it. It should then auto-download or something should appear. Thats my assumption.

This is correct, except that while the items will "appear' on your entitlements page, they are not downloadable yet. 
Have to wait until release for that!

There's an entitlement page for consoles?

There's an entitlement page for console PLAYERS.  Same one as for PC users.  It's your EA  ACCOUNT   entitlement page. 
It'll show all of the DLC which you are authorized, across ALL platforms.

I know this is a delayed response, but thanks! I was signed up and never got a code, and I noticed the Staff was in my promotions!

I was disappointed, but I was not one of the people yelling and screaming. Glad to see that Bioware still takes care of their fans!
