I think that's been answered before but it's known as 'your registered game promotions' under your profile section(easy to get confused).

I have my code and redeemed it but I play on PS3 and I only see it registered for PC and Xbox. How do I fix this or will it be fixed when the actual game comes out?

well I redeemed my code ages ago, and it says I have it for PS3/PC/Xbox so don't know what happened or changed in your case

wait, how did you reddem the isaac armor? because to get the PS3 version of it you have to link dead space 2 PS3 to your ea account. The code sheet only does PC/Xbox.

About the staff it should be there so contact support on that one...

They made it so you didn't nede a code they just add it to your entitlements because there was a bug with it or something, if it is in your in game promotions then once you load up DA2 and login to your ea account it will download the addon.

I've had my code for months now but I just redeemed it today too and I had the same issue. It shows up for xbox & pc but not for PS3 which is what I need it for...?

Have the same issues with manda65 and Dante1980, except the code was sitting in my inbox for a few months before I decided to use it. Wasn't aware that I needed the PS3 version of DS2 if I wanted to have the PS3 dlc too. >:

Ditto. The Staff of Parlathan appears only for PC and Xbox 360 on my registered promotions and nothing for PS3. What's up with that?

Ive just signed into my ea account...and ordered the dragon age newsletter...i go onto my profile and in my in game promotions its there...but there's no actual code. :/

Don't need to worry, if it's in your game promotions when you log in on the game it will ask if you want to download it.

does anyone know how long do we have to download the staff,cause im buying the game on the first day but i wont have internet until a few days after or a week or so or will i be able to download it no matter how long i take to sign in to xbox live

edit: btw i already have the staff under my game entittlements

 This is consistently not working for me. Could someone outline what's supposed to happen? I go to the link, I type myself in, and it directs me to game promotions. Nothing is showing up there.

Granted, I signed up multiple times because it didn't work. This could've created a problem.

I too am having this issue with the staff not appearing for PS3.  I was afraid I was experiencing a one-off issue, but it seems to be widespread...hopefully that means a fix is in the works.

Read the thread.  If the item appears on your "Player Entitlements" page, it'll be available for download upon release.

Having the same issue too. I'll be playing DA2 on the PS3, but when I redeemed the promo code for The Staff of Parthalan it only shows up under 360 and PC. Is there a reason for this by any chance?

Aldarekal still not too late to register for the newsletter to get the staff, also have the hindsight belt to register for.

no need for a code, click the link in chris's first post then the 'click here' link on the page bioware dragon age 2 page. enter your email and passwork, tick the recieve newsletter box and click submit. the staff should then appear on your entitlement page('your registered game promotions' section under profile.

kyo777 there is no time limit, once on your registered games promotion section no hurry to download. will be there until bioware/ea decide to take the server down.
