 This is confusing. If i'm not supposed to have a code, why would they say you need one? If it's just supposed to be there on the game promotions, does that mean when the game comes out you can just download it? Do you also get all those other things on the game promotions thing?

Yup. If it's listed in "your registered game promotions" then it will be downloadable for you on day 1. Probably. I think.

But that's the thing, I never got a code. Or I never knew where to look... It was supposed to show up on the Registered Game Promotions, no? That IS what the newsletter sign up said.

i have my own problem, i got my code, registered for it but it shows up  under my game promos for the 360 and pc.

what happened to the ps3 one? that's the version i will be playing!

Apparently my questions are the ones applying to PS3. Could be wrong, but then, I did mention I had a PS3.

Graham Maxwell no the answers are for all versions not just ps3, I know where the confusion about the code but if you read the rest of the thread not just the op you'll see it's been asked(and answered) too many times to count. chris even posted again to try to remove the confusion but that just added to it.

those that saying they used their code and not getting the ps3 version added, have you tried subscribing to news letter to see if it adds it?

There is no code, they did away with the code idea as it wasnt working, if you read earlier in the thread this was said, in post #1

If it is showing up for PC and 360 but not PS3, then I would check that your PSN ID is linked to the email address you signed up with here. If not then you may need to contact EA

the code was ment only for those people that signed up for the news letter last summer at a convention or some such, but some people had problems with the code so they came up with a way for those people to get the staff and also opened it up for the rest of their fans. 

if it is showing up in your registered game promotions then you have no problem, only a problem if nothing shows up.

steve nicks I don't thiink it's a psn id issue, as I don't have an xbox360(so no gamertag) yet still getting the xbox360 entitlement.

There is no code, as you can download it when the game is released, not before.

oh awesome. thanku for the help. i hope all runs smoothly so i can get that staff as my character is deffos going to be a mage. and since i missed out on the signature edition i'm now tryin to get any bonuses i can get for my character. hopefully the digital items on the signature edition arnt stupidly good so i dont miss out so much!

Ok, I think most people (or at least those who bother to read any of the previous posts) understand now that there is no code anymore, all you do is sign up and it gets added to your registered promotions/entitlements, meaning that when you boot up the game it will be available.

What I still can't figure out is why I have the Staff listed for Xbox 360 and PC but not PS3. I will be playing the game on Playstation, and would like to be able to have the staff available to that system.
