just wondering if anybody knew if we will get the lion of orlais shield and the other sword bonus on ps3 if we preordered the standard edition. i preordered from the ''game'' retailer in england, they say that you supposedly dont if u preordered the ps3 copy and that its just for xbox and pc, however on the bioware website it doesnt specify it seems to suggest that u get the preorder bonus on all platforms. could any lend any advice, this preorder bonus business is stressful !

oh good, cause i rang game up and they said only for pc and xbox. bloody retailers dont know what they are chattin about. i did think they were wrong as how could they discriminate against one platform

I have signed up for the newsletter multiple times and I still don't have the staff showing up in my entitlements....

I'm in the same boat - it's listed for XBOX360/PC but not for PS3, which is the only platform I'll be playing the game on...

Strangely enough though, it lists me as having Blood Dragon Armor for ME2 on XBOX360, but I only have the game on PS3 and have the armor in-game.

Here's hoping the staff pops for me in-game tomorrow!

Have you attempted to contact ea customer service? They are usually fairly quick with issues like this

there is no code now, if its in your downloadable content list u have it, just follow the instructions when u click more info

if you'd read my post  in reply to rocktemplepiolt on page 21 and 22 you'd have your answer, how hard is it to read through 20 odd pages? it's not like it's 100+ pages.

so in short(or as short as it gets) if you've already played an ea game that requires you to sign in in-game then you should already have your psn id associated to your ea account(which is the same as the bioware one you use here), did you play da:o(and it's expansion/dlcs) on the ps3? even if you haven't just sign in in-game with your email/password you use on here and that's it(it's not an xbox360 after all where you have to do extra leg work ).

Darksiders2 did you read at least the previous couple of pages before you posted?

looking at the entitlement page it appeas even for the pc version there's nothing to download off here, everything is done in game when you sign in on the main menu. as expected the --- has been replaced with 'more info'.

I see them in my game registered game promotions, my bioware social account is linked to my PSN id, everything else, all like 10 things in the game promo list have shown up in my game. I went to extras and for the staff and belt is it kind of grayed out and says go to social.bioware.com/promo or some such URL to find out how to get this item...why are they not showing up in my game?

I ordered from Amazon and was just today sent a bonus code to redeem all my items. Once I did that they all show up in my registered game content even though my copy of DA II doesn't arrive until today.

No worries, I was having the same problem too. I kept registering for the newsletter on the main page of the DA2 site, but it never seemed to work, until...

I went to the "Staff of Parthalan" page: http://dragonage.bioware.com/da2/info/parthalan/

On that page click the link that says "Click Here" to claim the staff, and it'll redirect you to a page where you can log into your EA account to subscribe to the DA2 newsletter. It's okay if you've already subscribed to it, just do it again. Afterwards, you can find your registered in-game bonus items if you sign into your EA account on this website and go to Profile > Your registered game content.

After you've subscribed again to the newsletter via the link above, the PS3 version for the Staff of Parthalan (if you haven't gotten it already) should unlock. I can confirm that it did for me just now. If it doesn't for you, then, well...I have no idea what's wrong.

Hope this helps anyone having this issue.

Same boat here. Staff is activated for PC and 360 and not PS3 which is what I got the signature edition for.

Also, it is not allowing me to register my game at all. I have no problem registering any other game. UPC's not active yet?

Can confirm what Einic said is true. PS3 owners just sign up for the newsletter again.

Now for registering the game and getting the boots?

Any info on UPC registering for PS3 users? It isn't working for me.
