Damn why is my sig edition screwing me on just 2 items. Hindsight and the Staff of Parlathan. they show up with all the other stuff I have gotten in-game, including the boots of frozen wastes, in my registered game content. I've clicked the click here link, I've signed up for the newsletter several times, and everytime I sign into the dragon age servers upon starting the game, check extra content > unlockables and everything I've got in game is there except the belt and staff are grayed out and says to go to social.bioware.com/promos which doesn't actually say a damn thing about those 2 items...why Einic, why did it work for you and not for me?!?!?! I'm totally not gonna get the full experience with my game without those 2 simple items...blah! /cry
seriously tho I am gettin pissed off...any other solution ideas?

Hehe, patience.

I was able to get the items to show up under my registered game content, but I've yet to even pick up the game itself so I haven't the slightest idea about your situation there. My advice though is to be patient. Use the Search option to look around the other forums for anyone else having the same issue as you and see if there's a solution provided there.

I'm registered on the site for the staff and belt but also don't have them unlocked on my Unlockables in-game and can't get it from the chest. I'm guessing something's bugged up.

Sorry for not reading through all of the 26 pages, and I gather from Deszerien that we may have a similar problem, but my staff doesn't even show up as registered on my account although I used the code and a green message appeared letting me know it was all good. Any help is greatly appreciated.

No worries, I was having the same problem too. I kept registering for the newsletter on the main page of the DA2 site, but it never seemed to work, until...

I went to the "Staff of Parthalan" page: http://dragonage.bioware.com/da2/info/parthalan/

On that page click the link that says "Click Here" to claim the staff, and it'll redirect you to a page where you can log into your EA account to subscribe to the DA2 newsletter. It's okay if you've already subscribed to it, just do it again. Afterwards, you can find your registered in-game bonus items if you sign into your EA account on this website and go to Profile > Your registered game content.

After you've subscribed again to the newsletter via the link above, the PS3 version for the Staff of Parthalan (if you haven't gotten it already) should unlock. I can confirm that it did for me just now. If it doesn't for you, then, well...I have no idea what's wrong.

Hope this helps anyone having this issue.

I honestly did not check this until the game was coming out. I don't have it on my entitlements but I have been signed up for the newsletter for a long time. This was one of the things I was looking forward to the most.

Anyway I can get it fixed?

I have my email registered, and it's been registered for about a month now, but I still haven't gotten a code for the staff. Here on the stie it shows it's unlocked, but it's not. I'm lost. Any thoughts on this?

(Presuming you're playing on the PC..) There is NO CODE! 

If the item is showing on your "Entitlements" page, then click the "More Info" link and follow the instructions.   It'll either "unlock" in-game, or you'll get a "Download" button, (I forget which it is for the Staff.)

In either case, after you do what's needed (and you say it already shows as "Unlocked" for you) then it'll be in the "Special Delivery Chest" at your Base when you get there.

Unless you've already done so, I would tell you to make sure that you're connected to the internet and signed into your EA account when you start up Dragon Age 2. That should update what you have unlocked here for when you play.

Lol, well...I, personally, don't use my real birthday when trying to enter the site even if I'm old enough. Just a thought...

edit: under my registered games it says i have unlocked it but when i go to unlockables it doesnt give me the option to unlock it

Did you try zoning out of the house and then back in? That fixed it for me.
