what part of the there is NO CODE are people find hard to understand? try reading the whole thread rather than just the damn op and going on about the code, yes I understand where the confusion is coming from (and chris's 2nd post on the matter didn't help either) but if people bother to read more than just the 1st post they'd see it's been ask and answered numorous times already.

you sign upto the newsletter, it appears in your entitlement page. you then sign in in-game and when you get to a certain point in the game it appears in the storage chest with the rest of your dlc items.

I think these bonus weapons and items are a waste of time cz they are only worth havin for till u get to the deep roads.. If that far at all.. there are much better items and weapons to buy and u cant even sell the bonus items for alot, the whole 1 copper that is lol, i just dont think there good enough.. They should make them all like the fadeshear where they improve with level up nd it would make a difference

A lot of people don't understand how easy mistakes are to be made and think that every game should be released flawless.  I have some, albeit limited, experience with how these things work.  It's nice to know that amongst even bigger problems, at least someone in the company is willing to dedicate themselves to things like this.

I just got around to finding this out. I put in my UPC code. I got a message that said it was not valid. I'm guessing I can't get it ever then.

If your Fav weapon leveled they could not sell as many DLC that include shiny new weapons with higher stats as incentive.

It's never your UPC.  ANd the "code" was only for certain (early) subscribers to the Newsletter anyway. 
Check your "Player Entitlements" page.

how about fixing the Isabella attack speed bug for the 360? You can't really play the game when you battle at worse than half speed....

Since you use PC there is a mod that makes a ton of stuff scale including the staff. The overpowered type version single download and the compilation 1-5 pack have the staff.

Note - Im still waiting for my Staff of Parlanthan.
Completed the game like 10 times now,
on 2 new characters.
Have had my account linked by EA, clicked the link on entitlments page, and confirmed linkage etc...
Staff and other entitlements wont unlock...

EA Are now ignoring my e-mails......

let me quess, you haven't bothered reading the rest of the thread. if you had, it's been answered a few times, the entitlement page is 'your registered game content' page found under 'profile' on the left of the screen.

have you signed up to the newsletter? if you did, it should have given you the message that you've had the staff added to your account(or something similar) and link to take you to the entitlements page.
