I just got the game and just signed up for the newsletter. I'll see if its in my chest when I get home. Thank you Bioware. Free stuff is always cool.

i got the same problem, i subsribed about 30 times now, i went to the registered game content on this site and when i click more info it say's the following:Age II.
Please ensure you log in with the same account you used on the social website.
Verify the content appears in the Unlockables screen by selecting Extras on the Main Menu, then Unlockables.
Start a new game or load an existing one.
The items will appear in a chest in your house. Follow the instructions in the game journal.

i followed all steps 3 to 4 times and still nothing in my, unlockables in game... i'm starting to get pissed and upset over this because i want my staff. and it still issent showeing, anyone can help me out a bit? and yes i'm logged in on the game and Ea server

Did you receive the code to  unlock it! because i didn't receive my and i couldn't unlock it myself too.

I finally picked up the game for Xbox a few weeks ago. Last week, I registered for the newsletter. At the time, I was unable to connect to the Dragon Age servers (for whatever reason), but if I went into the UNLOCKABLES section from the game's main menu I could see it greyed out (including a few other pieces like Blood Dragon armor). When I was finally able to connect to the servers (it just started working again after not for almost 2 weeks), the pieces showed up under Unlockables (meaning not greyed out) and when I went into the game, I had new items in my Special Delivery chest (not the storage chest). Didn't do anything else special.

people still(well last person a few months back, I haven't been on in ages) on about codes when it should have been cleared up months ago that there is NO CODE

First time posting on anything here and I gotta say, I never thought I be this pissed about trying to get a code for a staff I know I wont use past act 2. Bah Ill just handle it like an adult and call Monday should the code not appear for the Nth time.

even if its too much hassle reading through all the posts you could have at least read mine before posting, I'll say for the Nth time THERE IS NO CODE.

not sure if this is still active but you click on the link in the op then click on the 1st link on the page that opens

should say:

"To claim your staff today click here and login using your EA account and sign up to the Dragon Age Newsletter"

and sign up for the newsletter(remember you need to tick the box),

it'll then show up under your registered game content under profile.

too bad they didnt make anymore dlc everybody would of bought it. WTF????? me3 is out sure but still think of this game now and then only wishing..
