I have been chatting with EA Support for over an hour now. What did the guy tell me to do? Try the newletter thing anyway. I said it didn't work. Then he asked me to try it with google chrome, which I do not have. I download it, with high doubts, and of course it doesn't work. Then he tell me to try later. HOORAY ONCE AGAIN FOR EA SUPPORT! Or not.

I tried tweeting David Gaider too, haha. I guess that will be about as effective. Worth a try though. If anyone here finds out what to do, please write it. I wouldn't mind getting the staff. :/

Hey, I have been uable to get the belt from the penny arcade because I get the same error message I got when i tried to sign up for the staff of parlanthan. Has this been worked on as well?

Same problem with both the staff and the belt. Bought this game nearly a month ago and I STILL can't access the damn thing! Wish EA would hurry up and fix the newslatter, or at least make an announcement that it's no longer available... put us all out of our misery one way or another rassa frassa

send an e-mail to EA customer support explaining the issue and asking to have the staff unlocked. it worked for me!

it might not be worth the trouble, though... although it's Hawke's iconic/"canon" weapon, it's all but useless after Act 1.

you need to send an email to EA customer support explaining the issue (that you can't sign up for the newsletter) and asking (very politely) for them to grant you the staff. also, if you haven't registered your copy of DAII (which by the looks of your profile, you haven't), they probably can't help you.

I send an email to EA customer support and now I have both Staff of Parthalan and Hindsight available in my Registered game content, it took less than 24 hours

Clicked "email us" and when i have to sign in my profile(even though I'm already signed in) and it says "Unable to Redirect to required source". Soooo that would be bad if someone had a really bad problem.
