I recently got DA2. If you want the Staff of Parlathan, just email EA Help. It might take a few days but it works.

Its not the contact us at the bottom of the screen. Its the contact us that is in blue on the right side bar near the middle of the screen. It says "get back in the game" under it.
You need to be logged into your account to be able to send the email.

I've clicked on the contact us, I've put Dragon Age 2 as the Product, Game play/ In-game as the Catergory, Xbox360 as the Platform and It just gives me PC options for the game, and there is no e-mail option, just live chat.xAmilli0n wrote...

I used this link and unlock more objects. In social.bioware.com, in my profile, in "Yoru registerd game contet", appears the staff of Parthalan. However inside the game I don´t have this. I have to do something else to unlock this?

err...nope
I got it when the "unlock all" promo was available, I got the staff, no issues.
the only thing I don't have is the "Blood Dragon Armor"
