For some reason I have 3 Staff of Parthalan game promotions for the PC, Xbox & PS3

2 Hindsight promotions 1 for the Xbox and the other for the PC 0_o

Is this normal?

Yes, totally normal.  Since BioWare doesn't presume to know which platform you MIGHT want to use for a particular item, your Entitlements Page shows all of them for which that item is available.

I know this might be a stupid question I know but, how do I get to the page with the entitlement? I've tried looking on several pages. There is one I can think of but can't remember how to access it (the one where all the DLC stuff normally shows up).

Edit: Also with regards the above post, will we be able to DL it for more than 1 platform if we have the game for more than 1?

I know, probably can't but doesn't hurt to ask right.

I assume using this link? For future reference, scroll to the top of the page, point to Profile and then select Your Registered Game Promotions.

I always assumed that you could, in fact, download it for all platforms since they all show up in your entitlement page. However, I'll let the experts confirm or deny that.

D'oh. Apparently I am dumb today. I now see it listed under my registered promotions, but I don't see any "code" to punch in at the "redeem" page?

See Chris Priestly's 2nd post on this thread.  THERE IS NO CODE!  Nor is there anything to "redeem".  THE GAME ISN'T OUT YET!

Quick question, I looked in my registered promotion codes section thing and found that I also have 3 Staff of Parlathans listed and 2 Hindsights listed. My problem is that I have a PS3 and therefore I would like to have Hindsight FOR the PS3 version, but it only shows me as having the codes for Xbox and PC. I was wondering if I would be able to get the PS3 code or not, or if it would just show up later? How does that work? :|

As I recall, it's not yet available for the PS3.Whether that changes later is still undetermined.

On your Entitlements Page you see "every version there is" for the items you are entitled to. So a PS3 version of that item does not (yet) exist.

I'm an idiot so I have to ask this again.

Now... The Staff of Parlathan is on my Entitlement page, and when DA 2 comes out I get a code.
And then I have to redeem the code at the 'Redeem Promo code' page right?

But then what? I screwed up in some way so my PS3 account isn't linked to my BioWare account.
My E-Mail is the same as the one I use for my PS3 account though.
