I've added 560 points to my account from the bioware website and it shows up in game.
I don't see anything in the "available content" tab - but I was able to manually install Wardens Keep, and I now see it in my "Installed Content" tab - but it shows unauthorized and there is no "Buy it" button to be found.

Is there somewhere I can just use my points via the website and authorize my account for that content.
The in-game DLC has never worked right for me (from reading these forums I'm not alone on this) which is why I'd rather just authorize my account for additional content via the website.

After you have the points you just select "buy" under the description. It should then be under the downloading tab with a progress of your download.

It looks like the updater was not properly installed in your system. Some additional help on getting the updater working is here: http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613



In the mean time, have you tried manually installing the offer as well? once you have the offer in your "available content" tab, you can purchase it.

basically what happens is I'm in game looking at the download and watching it get to 100%. After it gets to 100% it drops back down to 54% and fills back up again. It did this 3 times before it put a red exclamation point on the DLC tab. I also now notice in the description of the addon that it has the version required 1.0 in red text while I don't believe it was before.

I have started the search but it takes a while to sort through that post.  I wish the forum search was working!  So far pressing the "clear download cache" doesn't seem to fix my problem but I'm not sure it is actually working.  Now my game is doing that loop at about 89% completion.  Maybe it will complete if I just keep retrying it.

If you know where the download cache is located it would be nice if I could check that folder myself.

wow. Only seconds later I get to tell you that yes it looped one more time at 89% and then finally finished.



Really big waste of bandwidth but it seems like the downloader or their server must be having trouble completing the compressed file on my machine.

As long as it works now!  I have heard their servers are being wonky and may be one of the possible reasons for disappearing DLCs.  But I digress, enjoy the game.
