Too easy: Black Sabbath's "Spiral Architect"

Though "The Wizard" would be appropriate too!

Really, really good post idea.
After some thought, I went with this www.youtube.com/watch
I get pretty into roleplaying and spend a lot of time thinking up backstories. For my first play through I'm using the char my avatar pic, a female human mage. My imagining of her backstory was that she had a less than enjoyable number of experiences in her youth within the Fade before the Chantry found her and took her in. Her brief encounters with the demons seeking to steal her soul, and the difficult life cloistered in the mage insitution, have left her mind slightly tattered, and her will shaken.
I imagine her as putting on a bright front to a more troubled interior. Always pretending everything's alright when she really feels torn and broken inside, and worries if she can resist the temptations and power of the demon that has sought her since her youth. I somehow feel this song reflects that somewhat.

I love giving my characters theme music!
It's more of a "theme tune" for my female human mage, but I like this tune:
I like to think of it as more of a battle theme, but there's a part in the middle that sounds as if my mage is busy casting healing spells before going back to raining death down on her enemies from a safe distance.

Mmmm Happy mage (Male good Arcane)
Not so happy mage (Female Evil blood mage with a penchant for Leliana)
Female City Elf
(Kind of struggling with this one, was thinking of having 3. 1st the happiness (the wedding) 2nd the pain (imprisoned and almost raped) moving onto the retribution.) Any ideas?

For any epic boss battle in Dragon Age:
www.youtube.com/watch
Duel from MGS1 possibly one of the best boss fight songs ever made.
www.youtube.com/watch
Rex's Lair from MGS1 I'm sure I'll find the right times in Dragon Age to crave this, deep roads anyone?
www.youtube.com/watch
Encounter from MGS1 for when I get sick of Duel, which is usually never, but I do like the occassional switch-up.

For my Legion of the Dead dwarven noble, I think a modified version of the dwarven Snow White theme song would be amusing. They're really a cheery lot, a tad bit misunderstood. Marching through dark tunnels, living off cave mold and eating spider parts only to be killed in their sleep by shrieks. I bet they whistle happy tunes often.

Apparently, this has already been decided as my dwarf's theme song.

As for me... My Dalish still doesn't have anything yet, but I think "Haunted" by Disturbed would fit my city elf pretty well.
