I just purchased some microsoft points to get lotsb. I downloaded it fine and everything, except I have gotten no prompt or message from TIM to start it. What is the matter? Yes I have done the Liara Quest

does anyone have a solution for this? I'm having the same problem as well. Shows downloaded, checked in Downloaded Content, but no message to start. Do you have to go to a certain planet to meet her instead of waiting for the message? thanks

You do not need to do liara quest to get the mission. Did you check your archived messages. And message comes fro cerberuss comand not TIM.

I just purchased this game new and bought lotsb, along with a bunch of other ones. It showed up for about three days and when i got around to do the mission, it was gone. I deleted the content and downloaded it again, started a new game... nothing works. It simply is gone. Shows up as purchased and downloaded, though. Everything else is there.

I have the exact same problem with shadow broker.Its purchased downloaded and installed.but nowhere to be found on game map.

You should get an email back on the Normandy about the Shadow Broker which you then pass on to Liara on Illium. To start all you have to do is talk to Liara and choose the 'Let's go after the Shadow Broker' option or something similar. That's the trigger for the mission.

No idea about the technical difficulties you have though.
