Pretty much this. Not to mention by the time Mass Effect 3 comes out. I may not be living in the same Country, let alone Province. So yeah... preordering a little later.

when the collector edition is announced I will upgrade. Remember what happened with DA2 tho. All preorders prior a certain date were upgraded to signature edition for free.
