It started yesterday after I purchased Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age Origin Ultimate Edition on my Steam Account.  When I first registered my games in my account there was no sign of any issue.  I logged into the games and in DAO it was telling me that I was unauthorized for the DLC content.  In ME2 it was telling me to purchase or redeem for the Cerberus network when using my login information.  I went back to the Bioware Social Site and it seemed to lost my registeration I put in. 

Today it took a couple attempts to reenter it back into my account.  For some reason it kept dropping after I refresh the screen and I would have reput it back in.  I m not even sure if it will stick after this as I expect to have to reenter it again as it keeps dropping from my account.

Now it is telling me that my second cd-key that will give me all my DAO DLC has been used and cannot reenter it.  I hope this is not an indication that just lost out on the DLC content that I paid for.  Any support will be great as I do want to see the DLC for DAO.  I spoke with EA support and they did what they could as I didn't have the cd-keys on hand at the time. (At work).  But I am hoping for a Bioware Rep to give me there two cents on why my account can't seem to lock in my game registeration and what looks like now cost me all the Ultimate Edition DLC.
