I'm doing Nalia's quest at her family keep in BG2. A lot of the time people react to me like she's not even there. Her aunt for one. Then when i reloaded I got a whole new conversation where she DID recognize Nalia in my party. And I just defeated Tor'gal I would THINK she'd have something to say about the dead body lying in the middle of the room but... nada!
What gives???
Nalia doesn't say anything?

It could be that Nalia wasn't in Lady Delcia's line of sight the first time, and so wasn't able to interject into the dialogue. You could try testing it out, and see what happens.Xavito2010 wrote...

Nalia is supposed to say something along the lines of "Dead... die you beast!" If she didn't that would suggest a bug.And I just defeated Tor'gal I would THINK she'd have something to say about the dead body lying in the middle of the room but... nada!
Is your game patched?

Yeah you need to lead with nalia for things to make sense for these quests..
