I think both male and female need better customization. It either takes a face code or some good time to make a good lookin Shepard for me.

I'm not talking about the facial customization features even though those honestly could use a little work to.  My problem is that Shepard, supposedly a a graduate of the alliance military who recevied the highest honors doesn't look too physically fit.  She's not overweight but she has kind of a squat, sedentary lifestyle look to her, like she's going to be a porker down the road by the time she hits her early middle age hood.
I can't help but think Jacob is thinking "man, I can't believe I went from Miranda to this."

Well, I agree with you on some things, like how she runs or walks, it could be better animated.
Especially in the black outfit from Kasumi DLC she runs a bit like a monkey. But the overal physical appearence, its ok I think.
