Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, hands down. I was also fond of Sonic the Hedgehog, but not nearly to the same extent - it was the only one I ever actually watched on TV, though.
Danger Mouse, SWAT Kats and Rocky & Bullwinkle are the only other cartoons I've ever liked. I'm not much of a cartoon person in general, I guess.

Edit: wow that image is from a remake! How did this happen without my knowing!

I was a huge fan of the Ghostbusters cartoon as a kid. That, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Inspector Gadget were my go-to 'toons.

I'm shocked and appalled that it wasn't until halfway down page 2 that Tom & Jerry got a mention. This is the finest cartoon of all time, and everyone who suggested anything else should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves and their frankly terrible judgement. Er, or something. The Narrator wrote...

Tom @ Jerry.
It was just mindless violence.

Anyone remember Bots Master or Extreme Ghostbusters? I acquired DVD's of both recently poorly made bootlegs but better than nothing i was so happy to watch them again.

Pirates of Dark Water
I came across this a few days ago and I remembered how devastated I was that the show was never complete. The music gave me an adventurous feel when I was a kid.
