It's by Daft Punk and reminded me A LOT of ME1. I bought it the other day along with some extra bonus tracks, and while listening to it today, I thought how awesome it would be if it was the Soundtrack for ME3. It's got so many similar elements to Jack Wall's music.

Both Daft Punk and Jack Wall/Wall of Sound take their inspiration from similar sources. Hence the similar sound. Watch Blade Runner, you'll get the idea quickly. But anyway, there's another thread for this discussion.
