i found these scrolls in the southeast part of the ruined temple (i think it was the place where you fight those cultist people that worship the grand dragon). i took the scrolls to this lady in front of the chantry in denerim named sister justine for the end of the quest but was wondering if anyone knew if there was another person i could give the scrolls to. the reason i ask is because the quest description only says find a person that can identify these scrolls, it doesn't include a name or not. also, when told you've decided to hold on to them, she acts very sketchy and says they're probably nothing important.

I am somewhat interested in this as well to be honest. I haven't found anyone else to hand it over too myself, although it could be any random person you encounter on your travels I guess.
What I did on my newest playthrough was to finish up most of all the side-quests that are possible to do without actually doing any of the Blight main quests. I did The Sacred Urn after having visited Denerim and getting that quest. On my first playthrough I handed it over to her but didn't ask for collateral, this time around though, I figured if I am giving her the texts, I'll ask for collateral and then she does mention if they turn out to be something, we can talk about a more substantial payment, or something similar to that. First time she never did do anything but respond "So much to do!" when I re-visited her near the ending.
Since I quick saved before asking for collateral and handing it over, I guess I can rather keep them with me until the very end and see if anyone on the travels can handle it as well. Perhaps the old man in the forrest. Not sure if I tried visiting mr. archeologist in his home either, I guess I should try that. If I find anything, I'll post another response.
