Hi recently I clean alot of storage space off my computer. In doing so, I also clean out my saved game on ME2. I'm not sure if there is a method to restore a pervious game. When I go to start a game, it doesn't refer to a continue, just start new game. However, I do have the saved game files on hand. I'd like to know if there is a way to restore the saved game into the directory" I would really appricate any help. Thank you.
not a topic but was asking for help with restoring my saved game.

You need to find your "My Documents" folder and copy your back-up saves there. The full path should look like this:
C:\\MyDocs\\BioWare\\Mass Effect 2\\Save\\John_11_Infiltrator_060610
(with single slashes, of course)
The last directory is your character's profile, where "11" means pre-service history and psychological profile, (in this case Spacer/WarHero) and "060610" means the date of creation.
C:\\MyDocs\\BioWare\\Mass Effect 2\\Save\\John_11_Infiltrator_060610
(with single slashes, of course)
The last directory is your character's profile, where "11" means pre-service history and psychological profile, (in this case Spacer/WarHero) and "060610" means the date of creation.

Spacer/WarHero is 12 not 11, that's Spacer/Sole Survivor.
