I bought the game new and typed in the single use code when I fired up the game for the first time. I also logged in the cerberus network with my EA username and password. Everything seemed OK and I got no error messages.

The problem is, when I start up the game, there is nowhere that I can download the DLC. If I click on the "downloadable content" link on the launcher, I get to the web page where it is listed - but when I try to get it, I get the error message "Unable to redeem code.  That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again" (which is understandable, since I already typed it in at the cerberus terminal in game)

And if I click the "new content available" link in game (or whatever that screen is called where you can resume your game), it throws me straight to a BioWare checout page, claiming that I'm trying to buy the overlord pack. This happens, wheteher I'm registered in the EA network or not

So: what do I have to do to be able to download the DLC?

(Edited for clarity)

Most of the DLC that you have on cerberus network you have to buy separately, from the stuff that you get with game.

But it looks like I got nothing. My computer didn't download anything and I have none of the stuff that the wiki says I shoud have now, like the Normandy crash site. Or am I just missing something?

you shouldn't have to sift the forums to get instructions on how to down load the content you purchase. it should at least have a "download here" link where you purchase it from!
