I was just wondering at what point in the game does the File get created which will be ported to ME3. In ME1 it was right after you beat Seren for example.
I want to get the the last mission, save the game, and do both ending with 2 different saves after beating each. Can i then choose which of those 2 saves will be transfered, ? And will whatever you do after beating the game also get trsnfered?
P.S. Sry if this was asked, i couldnt find any info.

You should be able to import any save that is post-suicide mission, so long as Shepard is still alive.

It's made when you save it. Because you can play post final mission in ME2 you can decide where you save for ME3.
