 I recently just bought Mass Effect 2 and have downloaded it fully along with the redeem bonuses. I have Windows 7 and have 54.2 GB free of 217 GB. When i put in Disc 1 and let it run, it takes me to the main screen, then i click play and continue. After that i choose New game, once i choose New game i choose male. This is when the problem occurs, after i choose male it goes to the loading screen and then freezes completely. I have tried waiting to see if it just loads slow but that is not the case. Please help me fix this problem. If you need any other information on my laptop or game then post a reply asking.
