Ill keep it short.

My friend and his brother have been using tha same account for a long time. After a while they wanted two different accounts.

Is there any way to transfer his old mass effect 2 data to his new account and link it.

You could have one of them login to xbox.com and see what can be learned from the Support section, sorry I can't be of any more help.

It's possible to change the console ID of a game save to another gamertag. If you have done any save editing, you have the program necessary to do so. If not, start here...http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/128/index/2277020

Bear in mind that while this seems to be tolerated for single player games for now, if Microsoft chooses to change their mind, anything done in that thread is counter to the ToS for Xbox Live.
