I'm hoping for some new Love interests for ME3.

I am also hoping that the ME1 and ME2 love interests will be in ME3 as well.

I romanced Liara in ME1 and Miranda in ME2. Now I think it would be awesome for some new love interest to be introduced for ME3. Maybe a hot British chick, another Asari or whatever.

also... threesomes. Jade empire had threesomes. Dragon Age had a threesome... and  a ME3some would be AWESOME!

James bond gets new Love interests in each sequel (sometimes 2 in the same film) and Shepard can be looked at as kind of a "James bond in space" (for those who play him or her that way) so why not give Shepard access to yet another set of love interests for his or her  third installement?

Ideally we could have Miranda, Liara, Ashley williams, Tali, Jack  and 1 or two uber hot new honey dips for the guys. Plus, for the ladies: Kaiden, Liara, Thane, Garrius, Jacob  and 1 or two eligible bachelors ready to vie for femshep's attention.

Maybe we can finally... get to know Gianna Parasini and that green asari chick. A redraw of Jack in ME3 would be nice- in her cinematic trailer she is... hot! and ingame- not really

Oh yeah!!! Amazing... hopefully femshep won't brake... It be hard to explain that you couldn't save the Earth cuz you wanted to get some and wasn't careful

I agree with you, GodWood but I think that it is possible to do both (or all 3) succesfully without sacrificing the quality for either. In otherwords: we can have character development for the existing Love interests, new love intersts  AND ME3somes.

Though I'm not betting on Shepard and there LI making any mini-sheps if you catch my drift, though that would be so awesome 

I want Shep and Garrus/Tali to stay together.. thats the most important thing. Both of them are so precious and my Shep couldn't bear to lose them <3

i'm not saying that I don't want them to expand the characters of the perevios games, I'm just hoping that they do that in addition to the new LIs and ME3somes.



Doing something new doesn't have to mean not building on what's already there.



A perfect example is Tali in ME2. Bioware expanded on the Tali character/Love interest in ME2 and we still had Miranda and Jack added to the mix. In ME3 they can expand on the characters we already have AND add new hotness.

Don't get me wrong- she looks ok but compare her Face from the CGI trailer(and when you first see her) to what she usually looks like. Just sayin' - she could be hotter if she was more like in the trailer

I think enough people liked Kasumi's character for her to be a potential LI, I'm hoping to at least get her on the dialogue wheel for more than one mission... I can see Liara getting a lot more utilization out of her and Zaeed than shep though.

Hate to break it to you but thats not true.
If theres new LIs that means theres resources, money and disc space being spent on them which will inevitably take away the potential quality to be spent on the former LIs.
It's bad enough Bioware has 9 LIs to continue over into ME3, adding more will simply result in them all being of poorer quality.

And yes I know you want another chick for your Shepard to bang but thats not the point of the romances.
Really the only reason Bioware would/should add more romances is so 'new players' have someone for their Shepard.
But even then I think if you're going to begin a series with the last act you should expect to miss out on content and thus they should not have the option for any fully fledged romances and instead only have consort-esque flings at most.

Come to think of it, theres your solution right there, some consort-esque flings for your Shepard and not fully fleshed out romances.

I think godwood has the right mindset - Romance is meant to be a long-term commitment, and if you're just in it for playing asari twister, it should be on the consort-level relationship.

Maybe if they kicked Thane and Jack ... then again all the sentient life being harvested and stuff kind of kills the mood.

I love this high brow response. You sound like Fraisier Craine from cheers or Brian Griffin from the show family guy.  You are  acting like the Mass Effect video games are only to be played by professors, heads of state and supreme court justices. (most of whom are  probably not opposed to threesomes, by the way)...

 There are more than a few "mature adults" who fancy threesomes. I'm fighting the good fight.

Plus, there are at least 9 or 10 "fight for the love threads" so why not have a few ME3some threads?

If lovin' ME3somes is wrong, then I don't wanna be right:D I'm willing to bet there are more than a few "mature adults" who feel the same way. If maturity is defined in part by a desdain for ME3somes then I hope I never get that old.
