I've got my OC game for a while and I was in the middle of chapter 2 when I installed also MotB and patched the game. Now, I have the "Waukeen's bless" feature. I discovered it while speaking with a merchant in Port Llast that, after asking twice if I, being a drow, was interested in attacking their city, showed me some interesting stuff.
Since I don't want to go back the entire game for finding the other merchants sensible to the Waukeen's bless, can you please tell me who are they?
I write the only one I know:
Port Llast: one of the 2 merchants near the point where you enter the city.
Where are the merchants "sensible" to the Waukeen's bless?

There's a gnome in the docks after act 2 begins that shows you a special selection of items based on if you have the blessing or not. She's over by the water.
Edit to add: There's the third merchant in Blacklake who also has special stock as well, though he must also recognize you as Daghun's kid to get it.

There is only one that actually sells you things, he's the one outside the academy. The other merchants are there just to pick pocket, but one actually sells you stuff. He's the one that knows Daeghun, and will recognize you as Daeghun's ward (I think there is another feat that comes with the blessing of Waukeen that triggers this recognition). he has the special stock with the set items and special gear. It's been a while since I've played the game, forget specific names.

I think you need the "merchant's friend" feat as well, which came standard with some games. However, you can add it via the cheat console.
1. In game, hit the tilde key ( ~ ), then type in "givefeat# 1764" and hit enter.
2. You now have "Merchant's friend" feat, which will allow the merchant to recognize you as Daughun's kid, and give you a discount as well as special items.
