Oh how many bugs, let me count the way...

2) I'm stuck at the area transiton out of the werewolve's "den" (don't want to spoil it any further than I have to)
3) I have to click on the bad guys for each and every attack. If i click once, they(my party) attack only once and then just stands there getting pummeled on.
4) Finally, (this isn't necessarily a bad one) anytime my characters die, they'll be resurected on the spot. This is even if my HEALER is dead too. Very odd?
I really am enjoying this game. The best I've played in a long while. But until these bugs get fixed, I can't play any further...at least along the path i'm following now. I may start a new game with a different origin for fun and then see if any of these bugs pop up.

4 isn't a bug. It's supposed to be like that.
I'm not sure I'm making myself clear. I'm not talking about after the battle. I understand the wounded "get better" after combat. I'm talking in the middle of combat, the dead character just springs back to life! I know that's not the way it's intended.

I haven't heard of any of those bugs before. The only bug I had in the entire playthrgough was after Urn of Ashes quest I couldnt click on the Arl, and that was easy fixed by swithcing to tactic view.

Came here looking for an answer. None found yet. Wondering if I hit something on the keyboard that set the auto-attack to be off.

Those aren't bugs, they're features.
Characters ressurecting in the middle of a battle is not a feature.

Combat Self Rez is a feature. It shouldn't be happening everytime though and I don't know what triggers it.
Edit: I know it is a special ability Wynne has called Vessel of Life.

That phrase is commonly used in software development to humorously explain bugs. I doubt he was serious

Do you have any mods installed? just a thought but I know that they can sometimes have weird effects on the game.
Negative. I've played with the toolset but not saved anything; nor have I put in any mods to the game.

Well, here's something new to add: I go to start a NEW GAME and it fails to load module. *Sigh* may have to try a clean re-install...
There was a thread regarding this in the Toolset forum. If a New Game, says, "failed to load module", then the Toolset has created a second directory for your game. Find it, and delete it, your game should be back to normal. Also, it is not the main file.

For 1 you might be stuck in combat. You can't level in combat, so that might be why you can't level up.

3) This may not be a bug, check to make sure you have "move freely" enabled. When it is disabled your party members act as you have described.
Okay I give up.......where exactly is this option to "move freely"?

1) Load toolset, goto tool > export > Empty Export Directories
2) Find
Windows XP: My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\modules
Windows Vista: Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\modules
Delete anything called singleplayer (files and folders)
2. Find
Windows XP: My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\override
Windows Vista: Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\override
Delete anything in this folder
