1) I can no longer level up my characters. The flashing indicator is there but I click and nothing happens. niether does going to the corresponding character sheet and level up from there.
2) I'm stuck at the area transiton out of the werewolve's "den" (don't want to spoil it any further than I have to)
3) I have to click on the bad guys for each and every attack. If i click once, they(my party) attack only once and then just stands there getting pummeled on.
4) Finally, (this isn't necessarily a bad one) anytime my characters die, they'll be resurected on the spot. This is even if my HEALER is dead too. Very odd?

I really am enjoying this game. The best I've played in a long while. But until these bugs get fixed, I can't play any further...at least along the path i'm following now. I may start a new game with a different origin for fun and then see if any of these bugs pop up.

3) This may not be a bug, check to make sure you have "move freely" enabled. When it is disabled your party members act as you have described.

I hadn't adjusted anything since my last save. This happened after I saved for the day. Went to work. Then started playing again once I got home. But, thanks. I'll look into it. :)

I'm not sure I'm making myself clear. I'm not talking about after the battle. I understand the wounded "get better" after combat. I'm talking in the middle of combat, the dead character just springs back to life! I know that's not the way it's intended.

Wow, how did you get alpha version?

I haven't heard of any of those bugs before. The only bug I had in the entire playthrgough was after Urn of Ashes quest I couldnt click on the Arl, and that was easy fixed by swithcing to tactic view.

well, download the latest patch, it should help, and i must say that i have't had any of the problems u discribe.

also, after u dléd the patch check the support forum, there's something u need to DL for windows to run the game again, for the rest, no problems.

#3 happens very often when you turn off tactics and when you use a ranged attack at maximum distance. It also happens when your melee character has to chase an enemy that it running toward another character.

This all happened after me patching.Ver weird indeed. I'm just going to play through the other origin stories and see if the same thing happens.

Those aren't bugs, they're features.

I actually have been experiencing the Level up Icon Bug, and the having to click for each attack Bug,

Came here looking for an answer. None found yet. Wondering if I hit something on the keyboard that set the auto-attack to be off. :(

Characters ressurecting in the middle of a battle is not a feature.

Combat Self Rez is a feature. It shouldn't be happening everytime though and I don't know what triggers it.

Edit: I know it is a special ability Wynne has called Vessel of Life.

That phrase is commonly used in software development to humorously explain bugs.  I doubt he was serious :)

:) Perhaps I failed to mention that this happening even after Wynn is dead too.

Do you have any mods installed? just a thought but I know that they can sometimes have weird effects on the game.

Negative. I've played with the toolset but not saved anything; nor have I put in any mods to the game.

Well, here's something new to add: I go to start a NEW GAME and it fails to load module. *Sigh* may have to try a clean re-install...

There was a thread regarding this in the Toolset forum. If a New Game, says, "failed to load module", then the Toolset has created a second directory for your game. Find it, and delete it, your game should be back to normal. Also, it is not the main file.

How weird. This is one of the first recent games I've played where I haven't really experienced many bugs.

For 1 you might be stuck in combat. You can't level in combat, so that might be why you can't level up.

Sounds like toolset installation issues...

1) Load toolset, goto tool > export > Empty Export Directories

2) Find

Windows XP: My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\modules

Windows Vista: Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\modules

Delete anything called singleplayer (files and folders)

2. Find

Windows XP: My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\override

Windows Vista: Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\override

Delete anything in this folder

You need Gordon Freeman. He drives the Buggy away.
