About a year ago, I bought DA:O, and it came with the blood dragon armor and stone prisioner expansions. THey installed fine and I had been using them with no issues. However, when I went to play today, I kept getting an error that "This saved game contains Bioware premium content. To load this saved game, an owner of the following content must log in: Blood Dragon Armor / The Stone Prisioner." I checked my "registered game promotions" on the site here and it says I have them. I've tried logging out and in, both in-game and online. Any suggestions?

That happens to me sometimes, for the first click on the load button. I just ignore the problem, and it goes away.

I doubt this is the issue, but I'd just make sure you are indeed logging into the same account between the forum and the game. Then, if you get the message, open up the Downloadable Content in-game and check the last tab to see if the problematic DLC shows up and is enabled. I'd also try being a bit patient - it's probably just the game having issues confirming with the account that your allowed to play the DLC...logging out and in again will likely just restart this process. If it's still a problem, I'd suggest there's probably an issue with the game, so I'd take your concerns to the DA:O Tech Support forum under the console of your choice and ask there...
