So I'm trying to get the Leliana romance achievement before I finish the game, but I just can't seem to get her to do it. I've given her so many gifts now to the point where they don't even affect her view on me anymore, its like stuck at 99. I've already had the talk with her about that chick that betrayed her and stuff, and I'm assuming that's her personal quest and also how I get her to like me more, but I can't seem to find it.

If you're at 99 and your status is still "friendly", and she has no more new conversation pieces, then it's likely you simply didn't catch her interest in the previous conversations.



Did you hear her conversation about the stars?

Yeah, I did. I chose the most caring of them but it didn't seem to do much. Actually, we're going out or whatever. One of my options is to tell her that "she's the best thing that ever happened to me". But that's where I'm stuck :/

Then what's the problem? She hasn't slept with you yet? Have you tried leaving the camp and returning?

I dunno, I've given her all kinds of gems & stuff but no luck. I've left the camp like 20 times and came back and still nothing.

I think it is possible for you to bork any of the available romance early in the game if you say or do something wrong that will flag you as an undesirable romance option to any of your companions. Not sure if this is the case but it seems likely.

Yea, with Lelianna I think it's actually easier to mess up her romance than it is with Morigan. You may have somehow skipped one of the Romance talks. I got her to admit her feeling for my main character at about 60-75, if you're at 99 and she's still friendly either you missed a chat, or said something wrong.

I'm in the same boat as the original poster then.

She's at +100 (Friendly) and I'm at Redcliffe after Landsmeet.

I didn't think I missed any conversations or said anything wrong though.

I can't give up though, I'm nearing the end of my 2nd playthrough and I want that achievement!

I did all of that though.

She's admitted she's a bard, admitted her love to me, and told me about Marjeliane. So I guess I just have to wait for the random encounter?

Have you ever given her andraste's grace? The flower that reminds her of her mother or whatnot? Lol I ended up with Lelianna and Morrigan all the way down the romance track, and then I was like "Jk , I'm marrying anora"

The flower is in no way linked to the romance, though it can help raise her approval. That's all it does, though.

Leliana's bi so any male can get her. You do have to go through a specific squence of talks + her quest + more talks before you can get her in bed. Even then you need exactly 100% approval. She admits her love for you at around 70.



I like Leliana's romance, the way its set up slows down the pace of the romance to strech it out across the game.

Hahahaha! I found out my flaw! It's because I never have her in my party! In order to progress this, I have to find some random encounter and then follow a lead. So next time I'm on I'll replace Shale with Leliana and we *should* find that random encounter soon enough....I'll post my findings whenever I can, if this thread isn't too buried in the boards come tomorrow evening

Yes. Like Gravity, Dwarven Children, and Anora if you choose to marry her at the end of the game cutscene.

Huh, she doesn't need 100% to get her in bed? Thats odd? Maybe she needs 95%+ because I swear she wouldn't until I got 100%. Odd.

I can guarantee it doesn't need to be at 100% for a FemPC. I would assume it's no different for a male, but I can't prove that. 95% seems likely. I remember her final dialogue not triggering around 90 or 92, but it did at 97, and I get +3 after the sexytime.
