so i had saves for both ME 1&2 but my harddrive broke and i lost all those save and i dont want to play them over again so does anyone know if i start a ME 3 with no saves if i could pick all the choices i made from both games or will i have to play them over again to get the exact choices like romances in 1&2 and like saving the rachni or if everyone survived at the end of ME 2

We don't know that and probably won't know that for a while. I would assume no, though. They didn't let people do it in ME2.
