Though I kind of laughed at the Hammerheads in the ME3 trailer; they're gonna get blasted to pieces if a Reaper so much as sneezes at it =P

-Bring Garrus and it gets an attack bonus
-Bring Tali and repair time gets cut by 30%
-Bring Grunt and it's health doubles or something

Take the Mako, give it the Hammerhead's hovery-thingies, and it will be the best vehicle ever.
and we'll call it..... The Hammako.

I'd take both. They've both got their uses. The Mako couldn't have survived Overlord's DLC; playing frogger on those lava rivers with the Mako would not have ended well. On the other hand, the Hammerhead is perfect for scouting/exploring rocky worlds.

Same here. MAKO was slow as hell, and I killed everything on foot anyway (more XP).

Hammerhead. I like the Mako, but last night playing ME1, hunting down minerals on Nodacrux was just a PAIN.
And for what reason people even hunt minerals in Mass Effect on the planets.Strange.

No, there are Hammerheads flying over the river in the trailer. They're only visible for a second, but they are there. Fun part about watching trailers over and over

The Hammerhead is just a bunch of jumps here and there and... here and... there... okay, it's fun. To jump over things, but it is absolutely immersion-breaking given what a legs-on-ground of an experience the Mako is.
Come on, everything... every damn thing... is flying in that game. Gets boring. This was a good interval of calm between all that. Good contrast. Good juxtaposition.

I'm for occasional driving, not a single veichle for the whole time. I've got a mission on a city? Then the astrocar, like in LotSB. Tuchanka? Then the tomka. And possibly a last ride on the Mako, just to have a Garrus and Tali doing some party banter about the driving skills of Shepard ^^
But I guess we'll have to expect a regular veichle too, so maybe an improved Hammerhead, or a new veichle with the name of another shark is quite plausible.
I agree. I would prefer multiple vehicles for different scenarios.

If it's annoying, then why you still mine the minerals?

I agree, or well sort of..
The Mako could also make short bursts of jump with those lovely rockets xD
Was a bit fun even though in general the expanses in ME were far too big and simplistic to actually enjoy properly..
IMO they should upgrade the HH as many others said..
Or just make the HH upgradeable with better shields And/or Armour as well as ammo and other guns.
Would be sweet to jump around with 4 set of Railguns shooting at Reapers! x3

I do think as well the car chase scene in shadow broker mission could be good in ME3 but do not know how much they could use it

Unless we get a bigger ship (nooo do not want) or ditch the Kodiak, other than doing something akin to LotSB where we jump into a vehicle during a mission, the Normandy ain't big enough for multiple vehicles.RAF1940 wrote...

Personally I think something akin to the A-61 Mantis Gunship would be good. Reason (as I've said countless times before now) its got most of the good qualities of both our previous vehicles with little of the negatives. Not only that, there is the option for them to give us a Technician (similar to Cathka but without anyone stabbing him in the back) who can help us 'upgrade' it or at least 'swap out' it's gear depending on the missions we're taking it on. Maybe even then allowing us to fly in it to our strengths.
So say people who prefer the more speedy approach of the Hammerhead, can strip out some of the other stuff to make it more maneuverable. Or prefer the toughness of the Mako make it slower but more tougher.... the beauty of it is, they don't need to mess with the Wiki for it because it pretty much already states this in it's file
I really think if people took the time to read up on it they would agree

So I actually can take on two Colossus without having to resort to the ramming tactic or fly around like a headless chicken to avoid the small bullets.<_<

a Reaper. Upgradable, of course. EVERYTHING in a RPG should be upgradable even if it doesn't make any sense at all.
