So I was playing Mass Effect when my XBL gold when out, and it took me a couple of months to get it back to gold, but in the mean time i hadn't stopped playing Mass Effect. Now some the achievments that I got when my account was not gold are gone, and I can't get them back.

I have done everything short of deleting all my saves and starting from scratch. I have tried using the original saves, all new saves, i even deleted all my original saves and stared over, but I still had my DLC installed.

Ones I can't seem to get back are:

Krogan Ally: complete a mojority of the game with the Krogan squad member
Soldier Ally: Complete a mojority of the game with the Alliance Soldier squad member
Sentinal Ally: complete a mojority of the game with the Alliance Sentienal squad member
Turrian Ally: complete a mojority of the game with the Turian squad member
Rich: exceed 1,000,000 credits
Completionist: complete a mojority of the game
Sholar: Find all primary Alien: Council Races, Extinct races, and Non-Council races codex entries
Paragon: Accumulate 75% of the total Paragon points
Shotgun Expert: Register 150 Shotgun Kills

I have done a play through where I only used the shot gun, only ever had Garrus and Wrex in my party and made 9,999,999 total credits and I still don't have these back. So what should I do?

don't really know how that game just atared giving me my lost achievments backs, not sure why.
