Nah he makes sense to me. He's still N7 and he's still top ranked. Just...top ranked with some made memories.

The problem is that, again, Bioware wasn't 100% on what this meant in ME1 either. Most of the time it was pro-Alliance or pro-Council, which sometimes meant that nice bit of causal racism, but not always. Sometimes it was violent.

And that's the problem with the alignment bar. It doesn't work when no one can decide what it means.

Not to mention Paragon Shepard screaming about Mordin being a murderer only to get a paragon interrupt later telling Mordin he's...not a murderer.

You can always give the writers the benefit of the doubt and see the first accussations as parashep trying to make Mordin come to terms with his job rather than dodging the issue, and then when going personal, helping him recover.
But since this is the game to put the damned and evil paraphrases in the forefront, I refuse to give it any leeway. So the writers are inconsistent, as well as the character.
