I'm begging you guys, Bioware! I've had her in my party ever since I saved her in ME1. When ME2 came along I was hoping to romance her with my female Shep, but that didn't happen :(
Anyone know of a place or a petition to have a female Shep romance our favorite quarian in ME3?

It's probably best to stick this in the Character forum.

I wish that Tali had been female-romanceable in ME2 (kinda... it'd screw with my hopes of being loyal to Liara), but at this point in time, I seriously doubt things will change.

You can, however, screw with mods if you have a PC version, to make it happen for Femshep. There's a guide for it somewhere.

Well if you're a femshep she still wants to link suits with you and gets all embarrassed about it, also she still looks up information on human dating behavior and repeatedly installs and uninstalls nerve stim pro.

I am also sad that Tali was slated to be a bi option, but got nerfed at the last minute. I mean, come on, where's the love?

The thing is, though, she was supposed to be bi.  However, Bioware chickened out and removed it at the last second.  Or maybe EA chickened out.  Either way, little ol' me was sad.

She was supposed to be bi? Dang it! Do you have a link that says she was slated to be?

Femsheps can have a lesbian romance with:

Liara

Shaira

Shiala (hinted)

Kelly

and Samara (sort of)

I personally think thats more than enough.

^^Kelly gives you a lap dance, Samara turns you down, and Shiala and the Sha'ira were creepy. Liara was the only one who you could have a relationship with, and since asari are "mono-gendered," they kind-of-sort-of don't count.

Mono-gendered = one Gender.

One Gender = Has one gender

Their one gender is female.

All asari are female.

It does count.

Tali is straight, and while it is unfortunate that she couldn't have been bisexual or even gasp, homosexual, I feel that once BioWare has declared a character's sexuality, it should not deviate anywhere away from it in the games to come.

But, given that I am a Tali fan, and also a heterosexual male, I do have my reasons in seeing that Tali remains strictly heterosexual.

Why would you prefer her to be straight as opposed to bi?

not according to bioware even though it says  all female race in codex and they even look female. Tali was bi before the game was out there are soundfiles still left but they scrapped that

Sweet, innocent, virgin, bisexual, alien who throws herself at you.

Would basically be Liara 2.0

While I agree that no one's sexuality should be retconned, I am still miffed that they chickened out of a bimance.  As a bisexual myself, I hate it when non-hetero orientations are sidelined because it's "too controversial" or when bis are portrayed as incredibly promiscuous *coughASARIcoughKELLYCHAMBERScougcoughcough*.

Oh well.  I can still play as a ManShep, since Meer's voice doesn't bug me as much as it did in ME1.

Noooooo, its already been portrait-ed as tali being straight, the sudden change will just be lame, maybe a new character female but not tali.

I believe it was Casey Hudson who said otherwise.
The guy who called Tali Liara and said the asari are not female, they are asexual.
Forgive me if I I trust the game's lore over him.

There was also audio for femShep and Jack.  I have to wonder if this is actual "cut" material or just material that was recorded but was never intended to be used.  I don't know.

True, only Tali coming on to you is significantly less creepy (Liara: I AM INTERESTED IN YOU, SHEPARD O_O), and Liara's character really evolved with LotSB.

Don't tell the Talimancers I said this, but what I really want is for her and Kal'Reegar to get together.  It's pretty obvious Kal likes her, and Tali really cares about him.
