FAIL.

Erm, no, for femShep she still says she'd link suits with you.

How do you know? I doubt she's really cleaning the engine as much as she pretends, Tali probably spends alot of time cruising the 3rd floor, talking to off-duty crewmen/women and eventually steering the conversation towards suit-linking, before "suddenly" remembering how intimate a thing that is.

I bet Ken and Gabby were snickering into their consoles while she was asking Shepard about, they've probably seen Tali try it with every other human on board and Shepard was the last resort.

Ah, so it's better to be a tramp than a lesbian, hm?

Seriously, you are lucky your balls are nowhere near my foot right now.  Kicking would happen.

Yes, but it HAPPENED.  Therefore, your argument is invalid.

Thank you.  Sometimes I think I'm the only one on this forum who admits it when I made a mistake. (Example: I used to be certain that Chakwas could not die until evidence was shown otherwise.)

I'll say it again, this time with a smiley: Thanks :)

Listen to him. He is reasonable and tells his argument with facts.

Unfortunately, evidence was provided to the contrary, no matter how much you agree with him.

Sorry, bro. :c

Er, did I say that? I've got no problem with Tali being a lesbian, tramp, bi, straight, not-interested in humans period, etc., that's up to whatever Bioware decided, and they clearly decided on the third option. I just think the way the romance is set up with Tali is kind of odd, since she goes from nervously explaining about the suit linking to confidently snarking about how she's been interested in Shepard since he rescued her, although definitely not as much so as Liara's instant suddenly-and-rather-creepily-stated interest in Shepard, Femshep constantly flirting with Jacob whether she wants to or not, Renegade!Maleshep pushing Miranda's buttons until she makes out with him, Ashley's godawful poetry being used before romantic scenes, Shepard propositioning Garrus completely out of the blue... actually, alot of the romances in this game are weirdly set up. There should be more platonic dialogue...

Sorry if I offended you.

When one species looks so very similar to the other sexual orientation is going to take priority.
A heterosexual male or a lesbian female is not going to be sexually attracted to Thane.
Why? Because he looks male.

You assume without evidence that quarians look even remotely similar to humans; for all we know quarians compared humans look like humans compared to gorillas.

[asari special case would take this reply to far off-topic]

@luakel: Okay, sorry, thanks for clarifying. I agree with the above, but seriously, watch what you say and how you say it. People can't tell tone of voice from text.

This thread is:

A) Illegal, because the Tali discussion belongs in the "Characters" forum.

B) Needing the following reminder:

Yeah, sometimes I post before I think... I was trying to be sarcastic and looking back, that post didn't end up making as much sense as I thought it did. Sorry again.

Who says she'd have to be in your game? If you don't want her there, go ahead and kill her off, this thread is just the people who do want the character talking about what they want for ME3. Besides, you already don't even have to see the character in ME2 past Freedom's Progress if you don't want.

Although I guess the thread really should be in the character forum, or even in the pre-existing Tali thread.

So let me make a point.

The space chicken will have sex with a human, a different species, and which also has a different type of genetic makeup.

But the space chicken's partner has to be the opposite sex.

*facepalm*

Personally, I will never romance Tali, but this is just logic fail.

Dude, this was already disproven. Also, Shepard can be bi based on your own choices made in the game.

Thread can continue.

The only difference is that no one has 20 people jumping down their throat for suggesting a hetero pairing.

Well, unless Grunt, but no one has suggested that one.

You guys don't think Tali will pull a Willow on you? Like from Buffy?
