i cant recruit samara, when i go to liaras terminal, i click on samara and it exits out the terminal help

It's been around 30 mins...
But to your OP, did you do LotSB before talking to Liara or checking her terminal? If you did I've not heard of a work around on 360 other then editing the save.
Do you have an earlier save before doing LotSB that you can use?

You have to go to police station to recruit samara.
