The "set foot in every area in the game" achievement. I WANTS IT. Do you have to play all six origin stories so you can get into the characters' homes? Do you have to do all the assassin side quests to get to a secret hideout or something? How do I do it?!?

Hmm, I got it at the end of my first game, but I tend to explore everything I can. So you definitely don't need to do every origin story nor every optional side-quest to get it. Perhaps it glitched for you?

I got it at the end of my first playthrough - not quite sure how. However, I had no mods and no DLC except the armor. That might make a difference.

Got it at the end of my first playthrough as well, right at the final fight (but then again, I alwasy try to do everything I find to do in games like this).
