I bought a new PS3 after my old one finally died.  Of course I had to reinstall DA:O and lost all of my saves.  But now as I play through and unlock specializations, they don't actually unlock.

Example, with a level 10 human rogue, I beat Isabella at cards and ask her to teach me Duelist.  She says we'll need some space for this, etc.  But I never get a notice that Duelist is actually unlocked.  Then when I go to my character screen and try to specialize, there's no option to level up, even though I have a specialization point available.  When I eventually do level up to level 11, none of the specializations are unlocked.

The same thing happened with Zevran.  I asked him to teach me Assassin.  He says okay, but it never actually unlocks.

I've seen that there was a similar bug to this on the Xbox version, and fixing it required clearing the cache, etc.  Has anyone else run into this bug on PS3.  Is there a fix?
