1. What is the nature of the problem you are seeing?
      I get an error when trying to load the Lair of The Shadow Broker I just downloaded.
Error message:
The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running.

2. When did the problem start occurring?
      Whenever I try and run the installer.

3. Where does your problem occur?
      N/A

4. What are the steps in replicating the problem?
     Trying to install the downloaded DLC I just purchased.

5. Have you modified your game in any way?
     No I have been playing unmodified.

Install Direct X 9.0c



Seen a few errors like this from some people, all are running Win7 64 too.

So it won't work with DirectX 10? But will DirectX 9c? How will that help the installer process, this is not anything to do with running the DLC but installing the DLC.
