I know that I would need to look better at other posts, but i didn't get how I can save Wrex. I know i have to do some mission but what and where? I had play that game one time before through but I have no idea how safe him. I don't want lose him because he is my best man.

I believe it is also possible to keep him hale and hearty by having a high charm skill.

 me and thank god I did. I didn't have enough points to persuade him and I was ahg! I don't want to kill him. He's awsome. But I forgot that I hadn't leveled up my character. Than I put a few points into into my charm or whatever skill it was. And didn't have to shoot him.

Mass Effect was the first game I bought alongside the 360. This was just last year, so I'm still a bit of a noob, as the saying goes. My first playthrough was an Adept, and I was mainly focusing on my abilities, weapons, and armor, alongside my class and Spectre training. I also was filling the Charm/Intimidate lines equally. Yes, I know, I'm a freaking idiot. So, when it came to a good majority of character persuasions, I had to just choose the top or bottom choices of regular dialogue for Renegade/Paragon points. My second playthrough, I did a soldier, and I concentrated on armor and charm points until I became a Spectre, around Level 9 Soldier. Ever since the second playthrough I've saved Wrex, because he's just too awesome.

i couldn't save him 'cause i didn't know that i need at least 8 points in renegade or paragon...i rage out and start the game all over again...and was it all worth it ? ..definitely..i cant imagine mass effect without Wrex even if he makes a little appearance in ME2 the way he greets you on Tuchanka is awesome

I saved Wrex on my first playthrough. When we had our confrontation on Virmire, I got kinda scared for a minute because I thought Wrex was gonna rage out on me, forcing me to kill him. Wrex is just too cool to waste him on Virmire. Ashley on the other hand always got left behind with the bomb. Screw her.

I was inexperienced with Bioware RPG's. Ashley shot him in the back. I was shocked and suprised and then came having to choose between her and Kaidan. I was stunned and at that moment, Mass Effect went from just another RPG to one of my favorite games ever.

Wrex has not died in any of my other playthru's but I have continued that first one thru ME2.

I think I had enough charm points but he survived because I did his mission. I didn't even know he could die at that point. When I found out, it became just another nail in Ashley's nuked coffin.

I saved him by accident. My Shepard was a packrat and had become addicted to the joy of looting planets and facilities, and I found his armor as a complete coincidence of all that pillaging. Also, because I was letting the game auto-level my Shepard, I only had 4 Charm points despite being a complete paragon. Yeah. So I lucked out there.

I've completed the game once so far and I saved him. He is to awesome to die.

Saved him the first time around cause that are not his Krogan ;P They are tools! =D no seriously developed my char skill from the start =)

I kept him alive for my first playthrough(I increased the renegade and paragon choices for the bartering bonuses.) Then I seen he could die on youtube and went through a second time with another character and killed him to see what it was like firsthand. Then I reloaded my save that I did just before talking to him.

I saved Wrex, have actually never not saved him, he is just so great I couldn't imagine not making sure he lives.

I did. I played as a 100% paragon and did every quest in the game so he was cool with my decision. I actually didn't even know you could kill him till ME2 lol.

Once I seen the charm and Intimidate option I knew something was going to happen. I know they were going to be important so I maxed out Charm and saved him

I saved him, I always make sure everyone who can survive does so that I may see them in future games.

I talked him down without a problem.  Then when I started playing ME2 they said something about me having had to kill Urdnot Wrex.  And I thought "Really?  What the hell?"

Sadly, my computer had died between playing ME and ME2, so I was not able to transfer the character.

I miss Urdnot.  Grunt is just some jackass without any third domension to his character.  At least Urdnot was fired up about political issues and the biophage.  Would have loved to see him "discuss" the issue with Mordin.

Saved him first time, then re loaded and watched him die..felt bad so did it again and let him live.

first time playing mass effect1 and i never killed him due i knew i was going to need charm if i wanted to get paragon ending where i needed to save the council and make sarren kill himself thru the paragon speech and save wrex!
